    摘要: A motor assembly has an electric motor with a motor housing and an electronics unit. A first housing shell is formed as a motor carrier and has the motor housing fastened to it. A second housing shell is in the form of a cooling cover. An electronics carrier is arranged in sandwich-like fashion between the motor carrier and the cooling cover. The cooling cover and the motor carrier exhibit greater thermal conductivity than the electronics carrier. The cooling cover and the motor carrier are coupled to one another in heat-conducting fashion at at least one abutment surface.

    摘要: An actuator for a motor vehicle functional unit includes a force transmission unit transmitting an actuating force to an actuating member and being displaced by a measuring travel in a force transmission direction. A force measurement device detects an actual value of the actuating force and includes a spring acting in the force transmission direction, having resilient action counter to which the force transmission unit is displaced and being tensioned by the actuating force over a resilient excursion, a micro switch having smaller switching travel than the measuring travel and being actuated upon displacement of the force transmission unit if the actuating force reaches the actual value, and a stop element for actuating the switch. The switch or element are coupled to or fixed relative to the force transmission unit and the switch and/or element are resiliently supported to compensate for a difference between the switching and measuring travels.

    摘要: An actuator (1), especially for a motor vehicle parking brake has a telescopic device (2) that actuates a brake cable (6), and a drive unit which is equipped with an electromechanical drive for actuating the telescopic device (2). The actuator (1) further has a displacement sensor unit for detecting the actuating travel of the telescopic device (2) as well as a force sensor unit for detecting the force applied to the brake cable (6) by the drive unit. The displacement sensor unit and the force sensor unit are disposed next to each other in or on the housing (3) of the telescopic device (2) while being separated from the brake cable (6). The assembly has a particularly simple and compact design while reducing the constructive and mounting effort required during the production of the actuator.

    摘要: A device for generating a force applied to a component includes a force generating element supported on a resilient support device having first and second, or only a second, spring elements in series in a force transmission chain being stressed during force transmission. The first spring element is less stiff than the second. The first spring element is stressed by a first supporting force over a first spring travel. A spring travel exceeding the first spring travel and a force absorption by the first spring element exceeding the first supporting force are prevented by a first mechanical engaging device. The second spring element is formed by a spring module having a second spring stressed by a second mechanical engaging device with a second supporting force permitting the second spring to only be further stressed when exceeding the second supporting force. A travel sensor detects displacement of the force generating element.
