摘要: An electric motor, in particular a radiator fan motor of a motor vehicle, has a rotor which is mounted such that it can rotate in relation to a stator, a motor mount which has an electronics compartment for accommodating a converter electronics system, and an electronics compartment cover. The electronics compartment cover has a peripheral sealing groove into which a peripheral edge of the electronics compartment engages by way of a corresponding sealing web in order to reliably seal off the electronics compartment.

摘要: An electronic assembly contains a circuit board having a current-conducting current path with two mutually spaced-apart current path ends that form an interruption point and a contact clip bridging the interruption point. The contact clip is manufactured without a preload, as a thermal fuse. The contact clip has a multiply bent, open clip loop and a contact limb making contact with both mutually spaced-apart current path ends using solder. The contact clip further has a fixing limb with a limb end seated in a circuit board opening. The limb end of the fixing limb has an oversize relative to a circuit board opening, and a deformation being imparted to the contact clip, with an internal preload being generated.

A first temperature of a power semiconductor is measured, and a second temperature of the power semiconductor is determined using a theoretical model of the motor-driven refrigerant compressor. A difference between the first temperature and second temperature is determined. A fault is detected if the difference is greater than a first threshold. At least two rotor body elements are each provided with a number of receiving pockets which are made in an axial direction. Magnet bodies are in each case pressed into the receiving pockets in the rotor body elements with an axial press-in direction. The rotor body elements are joined to one another in such a way that the press-in directions of the magnet bodies point away from one another. Additionally, an electrical machine has a rotor which is produced in this manner.
