    摘要： The present invention provides an injection molding method capable of impregnating a supercritical fluid stably and partially in molten resin in a plasticizing cylinder of an injection molding apparatus. The above object is achieved by providing the method of injection molding which includes measuring a filling amount of the molten resin in the plasticizing cylinder, introducing a supercritical fluid into the molten resin in the plasticizing cylinder while moving back the screw by a predetermined distance without rotating the screw from a position of the screw at the time of completing the measuring, detecting a pressure of the molten resin, and determining based on the pressure an injection start position for the screw.

    摘要： To provide a production method for producing a polymer member in which a pressurized fluid containing a modifying material is introduced more easily and stably into a molten resin in an injection molding machine. This task is solved by providing a production method, for producing a polymer member by using an injection molding machine provided with a mold and a heating cylinder, the method including: introducing, into a molten resin in a heating cylinder, a pressurized fluid containing a modifying material, liquid carbon dioxide, and a liquid in which the modifying material is dissolvable while controlling a flow rate of the pressurized fluid by a cylinder; and injecting the molten resin, into which the pressurized fluid is introduced, into the mold to form the polymer member in which the modifying material is contained in a surface of the polymer member.

    摘要： A surface modification method is provided, which includes permeating a permeative substance into a surface of a plastic member by using a pressurized fluid, and dissolving the permeative substance with a solvent to remove the permeative substance from the surface of the plastic member. Accordingly, the surface modification method for modifying the surface of the plastic member is provided, which uses the pressurized fluid and which makes it possible to form a metal film having a satisfactory surface roughness and having a high adhesion force.
