    摘要: The solar cell sealant sheet of the present invention includes a coating film of a water-soluble thermosetting resin-dispersed paint obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer having an alkoxysilyl group in a presence of a resin serving as a dispersant, the resin having a quaternized ammonium group that has been obtained by addition of a tertiary amine compound and an organic acid to having an epoxy group, wherein a hardness (B) in terms of a pencil hardness of the coating film after being thermally cured is 4B or higher, and a hardness ratio (B/A) of the hardness (B) after being thermally cured relative to a hardness (A) before being heated is 1.1 or higher. The sealant-integrated substrate of the present invention includes, as a sealant, the coating film of the water-soluble thermosetting resin-dispersed paint that is integrally layered on a surface on a solar cell element side of a substrate of a solar cell module.

    摘要: An organic semiconductor thin film exhibiting high mobility and a method for preparing the same, and a material for preparing the organic semiconductor thin film by a wet process and a method for preparing the same are provided. Further, an organic semiconductor device excellent in electronic characteristics is provided. A mixture of high purity pentacene and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene was heated to prepare a homogeneous solution, and a silicon substrate having a pattern of a gold electrode as a source/drain electrode formed thereon was heated to 100° C. and the resultant pentacene solution was spread on the surface of the substrate. When 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene was evaporated, a pentacene thin film was formed. A transistor was formed with the use of the thin film.

    摘要: Proposed is a method for fabricating a planar optical waveguide device having a plurality of core segments formed between a lower clad layer and an upper clad layer, in which a hot isostatic pressing process (HIP) is carried out during the fabrication process. The lower clad layer may consist of a substrate or a buffer layer formed on a substrate. Each layer may be formed either by a low-temperature film-forming process such as CVD or by the flame hydrolysis pressing process. The HIP process is also effective in eliminating voids when the core is formed in a recess of the lower clad layer. According to the tests conducted by the inventors, it was found that the HIP process can be conducted without requiring any protective layer or a gas barrier through proper selection of the condition for the HIP process, as opposed to the common belief that a protective layer or a gas barrier is essential for the HIP process.
