摘要: A functional layer forming ink used in forming a functional layer of the self-luminous element by a printing method, the ink including functional material dissolved or dispersed in a mixed solvent including solvents having different boiling points. When one or more solvents are selected from the solvents of the mixed solvent in descending order of boiling point until a mass ratio of the selection to the mixed solvent is a defined ratio or more, the one or more solvents in the selection are included in a solvent group of solvents that have a contact angle of 5° or less with respect to a defined resin material.

摘要: Processes and formulations for manufacturing a painted circuit are disclosed. In some implementations, a painted circuit can be manufactured using a process including providing a substrate and applying one or more paint layers on a surface of the substrate, where the one or more paint layers each form an electrical component of the painted circuit. A given paint layer of the one or more paint layers can include a conductive paint formulation having a resistance that is defined by a concentration of conductive material that is included in the conductive paint formulation and a thickness of the given paint layer, and lower concentrations of the conductive material included in the conductive paint formulation provide a higher resistance than higher concentrations of conductive material.

摘要: The present application provides a method for fabricating a thin film transistor, a method for fabricating an array substrate, and a display apparatus. A method for fabricating a thin film transistor including: providing a substrate; covering an isolating layer on the substrate; coating an active layer precursor solution on the isolation layer; forming an active layer thin film by the active layer precursor solution; dividing the active layer thin film into a small module active layer, the mobility of the active layer of the thin film transistor is increased, and to drive the quantum dot light emitting device of the array substrate through the thin film transistor with high mobility to improve the display luminescence performance of the display apparatus.

摘要: A method of forming a perovskite film is provided, the method comprising inducing a chemical reaction between a metal halide compound and methylamine (CH3NH2) gas. Specifically, the method includes: forming a metal halide film on a substrate; and exposing the metal halide film to the methylamine (CH3NH2) gas for inducing the chemical reaction between the metal halide compound and the methylamine (CH3NH2) gas to form a perovskite film. Post treatments can be carried out by adding a step of exposing the perovskite film to hydriodic acid (HI) gas and methylamine (CH3NH2) gas sequentially or simultaneously.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to coated particles. The teachings thereof may be embodied in coated particles, a method for their production, and the use of the coated particles in X-ray detectors, gamma detectors, UV detectors, or solar cells. For example, some embodiments include particles comprising: perovskite crystals of the type ABX3 or AB2X4; wherein A comprises at least one monovalent, divalent, or trivalent element from the fourth or a higher period in the periodic table or mixtures thereof; B comprises a monovalent cation, the volumetric parameter of which is sufficient, with the respective element A, for perovskite lattice formation; and X is selected from the group consisting of halides and pseudohalides, and mixtures thereof; and a coating of at least one semiconductor material surrounding a nucleus comprising the perovskite crystals.
