摘要: A hydraulic pressurizer system comprises a drive source, which drives a hybrid vehicle, a mechanical oil pump, which is driven by the drive source, an electrical motor, which is activated by a 12V battery, an electrical oil pump, which is driven by the electrical motor, and a control unit, which activates the electrical motor. The pressurizer further comprises a ratio-change mechanism, which is activated by hydraulic oil supplied by the mechanical oil pump and by the electrical oil pump to establish a speed change ratio, at which the rotational driving force of the drive source is transmitted to wheels with a rotational speed change. The control unit memorizes a characteristic value, which is specified from the temperature of the hydraulic oil and from the rotational speed of the electrical motor, and a threshold value for the rotational speed of the electrical motor, which threshold value corresponds to the characteristic value.

摘要: A camera with an automatic bracketing device for permitting photographing of a plurality of frames in group while exposure is stepwise changed under a certain exposure condition solves a problem which is caused when the number of frames to be photographed in a bracketing photographing mode is set larger than the number of remaining available frames of a film.The camera comprises means for calculating the number of remaining available frames based on the number of available frames of the film loaded and the number of photographed frames, means for calculating a proper exposure, means for setting the number of frames to be photographed in a bracketing photographing mode in which a plurality of frames are photographed with changing exposures, and means for setting the number of steps of exposure to be changed in the bracketing photographing mode. When the set number of frames to be photographed is larger than the number of remaining available frames, the set number of frames to be photographed is automatically changed to a number which is no larger than the number of remaining available frames so that a frame with the proper exposure is photographed.

摘要: An address management system includes a central processing unit (CPU) and an address management unit arranged between a direct memory device (DMA) and a main memory unit to control memory access from the CPU and DMA. Segment registers for address expansion are provided in the CPU and DMA, respectively. The address management unit includes a conversion table for converting logical address data and segment data and segment data from the CPU and DMA into a corresponding physical address data, and the conversion table includes a bit position for detecting an address error and a control bit for selecting a memory access to a local memory or a shared memory.

摘要: There is provided a starter system for an internal combustion engine, which is capable of preventing wear of a brush of an electric motor ascribable to the combined use of the electric motor with a hydraulic actuator and the resulting increase in the rotational resistance due to friction of the brush, as well as capable of using one of the hydraulic actuator and the electric motor without difficulty even when the other is disabled. The hydraulic motor is driven by hydraulic pressure. A rotational shaft of the hydraulic motor is driven for rotation by the hydraulic motor. A rotational shaft of an electric motor extends in parallel with the rotational shaft of the hydraulic motor, and is driven for rotation by the electric motor. A ring gear rotates in unison with the crankshaft. A pinion gear is brought into meshing engagement with the ring gear, for starting the engine. An output shaft is connected to the pinion gear. A first one-way clutch connects the rotational shaft of the hydraulic motor and the output shaft to each other in a disconnectable manner, for transmitting rotation of the hydraulic motor to the output shaft. A second one-way clutch connects the rotational shaft of the electric motor and the output shaft to each other in a disconnectable manner, for transmitting rotation of the rotational shaft of the electric motor to the output shaft.

摘要: An autofocus camera conducts a focus detection operation with one of differently directed sets of photoelectric conversion elements which is given priority according to the detected attitude of the camera. If focusing cannot be effected using the elements given priority, a focus detection operation is automatically conducted with the other elements. Also provided is a camera having a first mode of operation in which focusing detecting operations are conducted which collectively utilize outputs of all of the elements of differently directed sets of photoelectric conversion elements when a first camera attitude is detected, and a second mode of operation in which focusing detecting operations are conducted which collectively disregard the output of at least one conversion element when a second camera attitude is detected.

摘要: A hydraulic pressurizer system 30 comprises a drive source (an engine 2 and a motor generator 4), which drives a hybrid vehicle 1, a mechanical oil pump 20, which is driven by the drive source, an electrical motor 22, which is activated by a 12V battery 24, an electrical oil pump 21, which is driven by the electrical motor 22, and a control unit 15, which activates the electrical motor 22. The pressurizer further comprises a ratio-change mechanism 7, which is activated by hydraulic oil supplied by the mechanical oil pump 20 and by the electrical oil pump 21 to establish a speed change ratio, at which the rotational driving force of the drive source is transmitted to wheels 8 with a rotational speed change. The control unit 15 memorizes a characteristic value CV, which is specified from the temperature of the hydraulic oil and from the rotational speed of the electrical motor 22, and a threshold value NTH2 for the rotational speed Np of the electrical motor 22, which threshold value corresponds to the characteristic value CV. While the control unit 15 is executing a so-called idling-stop control, it cancels the idling-stop control if the rotational speed Np of the electrical motor 22 reaches the threshold value NTH2.

摘要: An engine stop and start control system for securing a normal line pressure in a hydraulic circuit of the transmission. The system has an engine as a power source for driving the vehicle; a transmission; a mechanical oil pump, operated by the power produced by the engine, for supplying oil pressure to the transmission; an automatic engine stopping and starting section for automatically stopping the engine under predetermined stopping conditions and automatically starting the engine under predetermined starting conditions; and an electric oil pump operated when the predetermined stopping conditions are satisfied, so as to supply the oil pressure to the transmission. The automatic engine stopping and starting section has a control section for prohibiting the automatic engine stop when the line pressure in a hydraulic circuit for supplying oil pressure to the transmission is equal to or lower than a predetermined value while the engine is operated.

摘要: A hydraulic engine-starting system for cranking and starting an engine for a vehicle having automatically stopping and starting functions by a hydraulic motor. A hydraulic pressure that operates a hydraulic clutch of a transmission is raised promptly by using a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor is driven by a hydraulic pressure supplied thereto through a first oil passage from a hydraulic motor-driving device including an oil pump, an accumulator and a solenoid valve, thereby starting the engine. A transmission is disposed in the middle of a second oil passage for returning an oil discharged from the hydraulic motor to the hydraulic motor-driving device. Thus, the hydraulic pressure in the transmission can be raised simultaneously with the start of the engine to enable the engagement of a hydraulic clutch, thereby starting the vehicle promptly, while avoiding generating a shock from the engagement of the hydraulic clutch.

摘要: A power focus device for a camera provides a user-friendly lever interface allowing efficient camera operation. A lever, located outside a camera cover, is movable in two opposing directions but is biased to remain at a neutral position between two extremes of movement. Moving the lever from the neutral position initiates driving the camera lens to focus in either a first or a second direction according to a direction of a displacement of the lever from the neutral position. A speed of focusing is proportional to an amount of displacement of the lever from the neutral position, thus permitting variable high and low speed focusing in both directions for rapid and accurate close-up and infinity focussing. Incorporating a seal into the device permits use in underwater camera applications.

摘要: A starter for an internal combustion engine is provided for improving the startability and reducing noise associated with starting. The starter for an internal combustion engine comprises an electric motor, an oil pump driven by the electric motor, an accumulator for accumulating an oil pressure pumped by the oil pump, a hydraulic actuator driven by the oil pressure accumulated in the accumulator, an oil pressure supply control valve for controlling the oil pressure supplied from the accumulator to the hydraulic actuator, a driven gear for rotation integral with a crank shaft of the internal combustion engine, a driving gear connected to the hydraulic actuator, and brought into mesh with the driven gear and driven by the hydraulic actuator when the internal combustion engine is started, an oil pressure sensor for detecting the oil pressure in the accumulator, and an ECU for controlling the electric motor based on the value of the oil pressure in the accumulator detected by the oil pressure sensor. The starter maintains the hydraulic actuator in a usable state irrespective of an operating condition of the engine to reduce a starting time, thereby making it possible to improve the startability and reduce the noise.
