摘要: A fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing light olefins from hydrocarbons, includes the steps of conducting catalytic conversion of an olefin-rich feedstock in a first reaction zone of a fluidized catalytic conversion reactor, contacting a heavy feedstock with the reaction stream from the first reaction zone in a second reaction zone of the reactor for reaction, separating the effluent from the reactor, and recycling the resulting olefin-rich stream to the first reaction zone for further reaction. The method can improve the utilization rate of petrochemical resources and shows high yield and selectivity of ethylene, propylene and butylene.

摘要: A process for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils includes the step of contacting a hydrocarbon oil feedstock with a catalytic cracking catalyst in a reactor comprising a dilute-phase transport fluidized bed and a fast fluidized bed connected in series for reaction. In the fast fluidized bed, the axial solid fraction ε of the catalyst is controlled within the range of about 0.1 to about 0.2. When used for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil feedstocks, particularly heavy feedstock oils, the process and system show lower yields of dry gas and coke, and good product distribution.

摘要: A process for producing para-xylene and ethylbenzene from C8 aromatics containing ethylbenzene includes the steps of sending C8 aromatics containing ethylbenzene to an ethylbenzene liquid-phase adsorption separation device, wherein a suction liquid containing ethylbenzene and a suction residual liquid are obtained after the adsorption separation, and the desorbents in the suction liquid and the suction residual liquid are removed to obtain ethylbenzene and a suction residual oil; sending the suction residual oil to a para-xylene adsorption separation device, and unadsorbed components are discharged as a raffinate from the adsorbent bed; the adsorbent bed is rinsed with a desorbent to desorb the para-xylene therein and obtain an extract; the desorbents in the extract and the raffinate are respectively removed to obtain para-xylene and a raffinate oil; sending the raffinate oil to a xylene isomerization device to carry out xylene isomerization, and the isomerization product is fractionated.

摘要: A platinum-carbon catalyst, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof are provided. Among N1s spectral peaks of the XPS analysis of the platinum-carbon catalyst, except for the presence of characteristic peaks between 399 ev and 400.5 ev, there are no other characteristic peaks between 395 ev and 405 ev; and a carrier of the platinum-carbon catalyst is nitrogen doped conductive carbon black. The carrier conductive carbon black of the platinum-carbon catalyst is modified, and by means of controlling the doping form of a doping element, the mass specific activity and electrochemical area of the platinum-carbon catalyst are significantly improved; further, the stability of the platinum-carbon catalyst and the ability to resist carbon corrosion may also be improved. A method for preparing the platinum-carbon catalyst is also provided.

摘要: A method and system for pretreating waste plastics and a method and system for producing an automotive fuel from waste plastics are provided. The method for pretreating waste plastics includes the steps of: 1) contacting a waste plastic with a pretreating agent and a solvent oil for impurity removal; and 2) subjecting the effluent from step 1) to solid-liquid separation to obtain an insoluble material and an impurity-removed plastic-containing solution. The impurity-removed plastic-containing solution obtained by the method and system for pretreating waste plastics has very low metal content, chlorine content and silicon content.

摘要: A catalytic cracking catalyst contains 10-70 wt % of a cracking active component, 10-60 wt % of a binder and 10-70 wt % of a clay. The cracking active component has 5-100 wt % of a first Y-type molecular sieve and 0-95 wt % of a second molecular sieve. The first Y-type molecular sieve is a modified molecular sieve based on the crystal modification of kaolin and has the sodium oxide content of less than 2 wt %. The process for preparing the catalyst includes the steps of vigorously mixing and stirring a cracking active component comprising a modified molecular sieve based on the crystal modification of kaolin, a binder and a clay with water; spray drying; washing; filtering; and drying. The catalyst is used in the catalytic cracking reaction of heavy oils, and has a good coke selectivity, as well as a higher heavy oil conversion rate.

摘要: A modified β zeolite has 0.5-15 wt % of an IVB group metal element in terms of oxide on the dry basis weight of the modified β zeolite. The number of medium strong acid centers of the modified β zeolite accounts for 30-60% of the total acid amount, the number of strong acid centers accounts for 5-25% of the total acid amount, and the ratio of B acid to L acid is 0.8 or more. The ratio of the weight content of the IVB group metal element in the modified β zeolite body phase to the weight content of the IVB group metal element on the surface is 0.1-0.8. The catalytic cracking catalyst containing the modified β zeolite has good selectivity and yield of C4 olefin.
