摘要: The invention relates to an exhaust-gas-driven turbocharger having a hydrodynamic plain bearing having a rotor and a stator, the rotor being rotatable with respect to the stator, the rotor bearing surface being located opposite a counter-surface of the stator in order to generate hydrodynamic pressure in the region of a converging gap. In such a hydrodynamic plain bearing, the application properties can be improved by the fact that the rotor bearing surface and/or the counter-surface constitutes in a section view, in the context of a section along and through the rotation axis, a continuous bearing contour that is constituted from convex or concave curvatures and/or from at least two contour segments that are embodied as straight lines and/or curvatures. The invention also relates to a hydrodynamic plain bearing or bearing arrangement having such a plain bearing.

The rotor bearing surface and/or the counter-surface constitutes in a section view, in the context of a section along and through the rotation axis, a continuous bearing contour that is constituted from at least two contour segments. The contour segments are suitable for generating hydrodynamic load capacity in a radial and axial direction. The contour segments are led into one another, by at least one transition segment, in such a way that hydrodynamic load capacity is generatable via the contour segments and the transition segment. The plain bearing is embodied as a multiple-surface plain bearing having two or more lubrication wedges in the region of the contour segments and of the transition segment.

The at least one impeller may have a thread which is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation. The shaft may include a complementary thread which is arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation. The shaft and the at least one impeller may be secured together via the respective threads. The shaft and the at least one impeller may be fixed with respect to one another via at least one of a soldered connection, a welded connection, an adhesive bond, a clamped connection and a crystallization connection.

Furthermore, the invention relates to an exhaust gas turbocharger, in particular for a motor vehicle.

The rolling bearing may include an outer shell, an inner shell and rolling bodies running therebetween. At least one annular and vibrational noise absorbing diaphragm spring element may be arranged between the outer shell of the rolling bearing and the bearing housing. The diaphragm spring element may mount the rotor in radial direction and axial direction in a vibration-insulating manner with respect to the bearing housing.

摘要: A supercharger for a motor vehicle engine may include a bearing device for mounting a shaft in a hub of a bearing housing. The bearing device may be configured to mount the shaft between a turbine wheel and a compressor wheel of the shaft via a bearing bush that may be floatingly mounted to the shaft within the hub in a closely delimited manner relative to the hub and the shaft. The bearing bush may be securely positioned by a pin that engages into the bearing bush radially from the hub. The pin may include a first part rotatably mounted in the bearing housing and a second part engaging in a recess of the bearing bush. An axis of the first part and an axis of the second part may run parallel to one another. The bearing bush and the pin may be connected via a ball joint connection.
