摘要: The invention relates to an exhaust gas turbocharger having a hydrodynamic plain bearing or a hydrodynamic plain bearing, comprising a rotor (10) and a counter-bearing part (50) assigned to the rotor (10), wherein a rotor bearing surface of the rotor (10) and a counterface of the counter-bearing part (50) face each other to form the hydrodynamic plain bearing in the form of a combined journal—thrust bearing, having a continuous hydrodynamically load bearing gap formed between the rotor bearing surface and the counterface, wherein the rotor bearing surface and/or the counterface, when cut longitudinally and through the axis of rotation (R) in sectional view, form(s) a bearing contour forming merging contour sections (17.1 to 17.3; 44.1 to 44.3; 53.1 to 53.3) to generate hydrodynamic load capacities in both the radial and the axial direction, wherein a contour section (17.3; 44.3; 53.3) in sectional view in a first bearing area forms a linear section that is part of a, in particular cylindrical or partially cylindrical, bearing section rotating at least sectionally about the axis of rotation (R), wherein a further contour section (17.1; 44.1; 53.1), in sectional view in a second bearing area, forms a further linear section, which is part of a further bearing area rotating at least sectionally about the axis of rotation (R), wherein this further linear section forms an angle with the axis of rotation (R), and wherein the first and the second bearing area merge via a transition section. According to the invention, a friction-optimized bearing system is to be created, which is easy to manufacture and ensures a reliable and effective bearing arrangement even under highly dynamic loads. 摘要: Disclosed is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that includes or consists of, by weight, about 23.0% to about 25.0% chromium, about 8.5% to about 10.0% nickel, about 0.5% to about 2.0% manganese, about 0.8% to about 1.0% niobium, about 0.5% to about 1.5% silicon, about 0.35% to about 0.45% carbon, about 0.2% to about 0.28% nitrogen, a balance of iron, and other inevitable/unavoidable impurities that are present in trace amounts. The elements zirconium and sulfur are excluded from the alloy beyond impurity levels. Turbocharger turbine housings made of the stainless steel alloy, and methods of making the same, are also disclosed. The stainless steel alloy is suitable for use in turbocharger turbine applications for temperatures up to about 1,020° C.

The second portion includes a second cooling system having a cooling channel through which cooling medium flows and a second cooling channel intake, and a second abutment face which surrounds the second cooling channel intake. The housing portions are connected so that the abutment faces rest on each other and the cooling channel intakes form a transition surrounded by the abutment faces. The seal is arranged between the abutment faces and extends around the transition and is spaced apart from the cooling channel intakes.

Exhaust pulsation energy from different cylinders or cylinder groups of an engine or engine bank are kept separated up to the turbine wheel, so that the turbine wheel reacts to individual pulses of exhaust gas flow from engine exhaust ports.

The fan (25) has an impeller (255) which is designed to convey a hydrogen containing recycle stream (250) to a fuel cell unit (1). The compressor (27) has a compressor wheel (275) which is designed to compress an air stream (270) for a fuel cell unit. The compressor wheel (275) and the impeller (255) are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. The electric drive (31) and/or a turbine (29) is/are designed to drive the impeller (255) and the compressor wheel (275) simultaneously.

An axial end surface of the outer ring, or a facing surface of the first axial retaining portion or the second axial retaining portion facing the axial end surface of the outer ring has: a coefficient of static friction smaller than that of a portion of the housing excluding the first axial retaining portion and the second axial retaining portion; or has a recess where oil of the oil film damper can enter.
