摘要: A thermally conductive sheet has cut surfaces with low surface roughness and hence shows reduced thermal resistance at the interfaces, and high thermal conductivity in the thickness direction. Thus, the thermally conductive sheet can be interposed between any of various heat sources and a radiation member. The process for producing the thermally conductive sheet includes at least: an extrusion molding step in which a thermally conductive composition containing a polymer, an anisotropic thermally conductive filler, and a filler is extruded with an extruder to thereby mold an extrusion-molded product in which the anisotropic thermally conductive filler has been oriented along the extrusion direction; a curing step in which the extrusion-molded product is cured to obtain a cured object; and a slicing step in which the cured object is sliced into a given thickness with an ultrasonic cutter in the direction perpendicular to the extrusion direction.

A method for producing a magnetic sheet, which contains: adding a magnetic powder to a resin composition to prepare a magnetic composition, and giving the magnetic composition a shape to form a magnetic layer; and placing and stacking a convex-concave forming layer and a pattern transferring material on a surface of the magnetic layer in this order, and hot pressing the stacked layers so as to bond the convex-concave forming layer with the magnetic layer to form a laminate, as well as to transfer a surface configuration of the pattern transferring material to a surface of the laminate of the convex-concave forming layer and the magnetic layer.

摘要: The present invention provides an antenna apparatus (60) for use in a non-contact type IC card into and from which data can be written and read by an electronic apparatus having a communication function, by virtue of inductive coupling. The antenna apparatus includes a loop coil (61) and a magnetic member (62). The loop coil (61) is produced by winding a conductive wire in a plane and configured to perform the inductive coupling with the electronic apparatus. The magnetic member (62) covers one region (61a) of the loop coil, provided at one side, from one surface of the loop coil, passes through the loop coil, and covers the other region (61b) of the loop coil, provided at the other side, from the other surface of the loop coil.

摘要: The present invention is to impart, to a sheet-like soft magnetic material, a configuration in which sheet thickness change is suppressed and in which fluctuation in magnetic permeability is small even under a high-temperature or a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, even when a plurality of thin curable soft magnetic sheets produced by a coating method are laminated. The sheet-like soft magnetic material is formed from a soft magnetic composition which is formed by mixing at least a flat soft magnetic powder, an acrylic rubber, an epoxy resin, a curing agent for the epoxy resin, and a solvent. The flat soft magnetic powder is arranged in an in-plane direction of the sheet-like soft magnetic material. An acrylic rubber having a glycidyl group is used for the acrylic rubber. The weight ratio of the flat soft magnetic powder with respect to the total amount of the acrylic rubber, the epoxy resin, and the curing agent for the epoxy resin is 3.7 to 5.8.

摘要: A rubber-cord complex having an improved wet heat adhesive property between a rubber and a cord comprising a drawn plated wire, and including a metal cord comprising a drawn plated wire prepared by providing a brass plated layer on the surface of an element wire and drawing the resulting plated wire, and a rubber vulcanized and bonded to the cord, wherein in a wet heat deterioration state of the drawn plated wire after being subjected to the vulcanization to bond the rubber thereto and further held under an atmosphere having a temperature of 50 to 100° C. and a humidity of 60 to 100% for one hour to 20 days, the average grain size of crystal grains present in the brass plated layer is not more than 50 nm, and the grain boundary of the crystal grains has a fractal dimension of 1.001 to 1.500.

摘要: Rubber-cord complex 9 having improved wet heat adhesive property between rubber and cord. The rubber-cord complex includes cord 10 comprising drawn plated wire 17 prepared by providing brass plated layer 16E on surface of element wire 15 and drawing the resulting plated wire and rubber 12 vulcanized and bonded to cord 10. The rubber-cord complex 9 has adhesion reaction layer 25 (formed by cross-linking sulfur and copper) between rubber 12 and brass plated layer 16E. Adhesion reaction layer 25 has average thickness of 50-1,000 nm. Interface S between adhesion reaction layer 25 and the rubber has a fractal dimension of 1.001-1.300 in a wet heat deterioration state after being subjected to vulcanization to bond rubber 12 thereto and being held at a temperature of 50-100° C. and a humidity of 60-100% for one hour to 20 days.
