Abstract:
An electronic device case includes an upper shell having an upper edge, a lower edge, a left edge, a right edge and a center region surrounded by the edges. A lower shell is pivotally coupled with the upper shell and formed to include a frame configured to surround and hold an electronic device input peripheral. A number of grips are adjustably engaged with a guide track of the upper shell to support and stabilize any of a variety of electronic devices of different sizes. A number of actuation rods having first ends comprising knobs and second ends coupled with the grips cause translation of the grips along the guide track when slid along the upper, left and right edges of the upper shell.
Abstract:
Compositions and methods for treating an annulus fibrosis defect comprising an angiogenic factor and a carrier. Methods include administering the composition to the annulus fibrosis defect, where the administering can include injecting the composition. The present compositions can stimulate angiogenesis and revascularization thereby facilitating repair of the defect.
Abstract:
Bone graft compositions comprising demineralized bone matrix, calcium phosphate, collagen and bioinductive cellular solution. Methods to repair and heal defective and missing bone using the bone graft compositions are also described.
Abstract:
A support system for one or more display items is configured with side walls extending in a longitudinal direction from a base towards a top such that an interior is defined between the base, top and side walls. A plurality of receptacles are configured in the base and a plurality of holes are configured in a floor parallel to and spaced apart from the base. Within the interior, a plurality of transparent platforms of a plurality of different sizes are configured at a plurality of different distances from the base. One or more transparent pillars are configured to extend between the receptacles, through the holes and into a supporting relationship with each of the one or more platforms.
Abstract:
A biodegradable bone replacement material for the treatment of bone defects and delivery of antibiotic compounds, particularly for treating bone infections, comprising calcium sulfate hemihydrate, calcium sulfate dihydrate, an antibiotic mixture comprising a tetracycline compound and an ansamycin compound. Preferably, the ratio of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to calcium sulfate dihydrate is from 1:1 to about 3:1. Methods for treating, repairing or augmenting an osseous defect using the bone replacement material are also provided.
Abstract:
A computerized platform provides centralized access for users to for on-line (electronic) services, such as social media, travel, education, and online banking including payments, via public Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Abstract:
Bone graft compositions comprising demineralized bone matrix, calcium phosphate, collagen and bioinductive cellular solution. Methods to repair and heal defective and missing bone using the bone graft compositions are also described.
Abstract:
A ceramic scaffold comprising a ceramic substrate having a surface with a first microtexture on at least a portion of the surface and a first erodable coating having a smooth surface, said first coating covering at least a portion of the first microtexture. The microtexture may be formed of peaks, valleys, or a combination of peaks and valleys from about 1 micrometer to about 100 micrometers in each of height, length, and width. The peaks, valleys, or combination of peaks and valleys may be elongated and oriented in the same direction on the surface. The microtexture may also be asymmetrically arranged on the surface of the ceramic substrate.
