Abstract:
In a brake- and/or clamping arrangement for a shaft supported in an apparatus housing or a device housing and comprising a braking disc mounted on the shaft rigidly for rotation therewith and a clamping ring supported in the device housing, the braking disc has a friction area comprising two truncated cone-shaped friction surfaces with at least one brake cone arranged in the device housing and one arranged on an activating member. One brake cone abuts during braking or clamping the brake disc whereas the other cone abuts a clamping ring, which is disposed between the contact areas of the brake cones, the clamping ring are in contact with each other being mounted to the apparatus housing.

In a friction brake arrangement with emergency braking functions for use with a carriage supported on a guide track, with a friction clamping structure including a friction shoe supported in a housing so as to be disposed adjacent the guide track, a spring element is provided biasing the friction shoe toward the guide track for frictional engagement therewith and also a power operated drive for disengaging the friction shoe from the guide track against the force of the spring element and, furthermore, a blocking member is disposed between the drive means and the spring element and held electromagnetically in the blocking position so that the spring is released and the carriage is locked to the guide track for example upon occurrence of a power outage.
Abstract:
A process for manufacturing an integratable capacitative pressure sensor includes the following steps, starting from a semiconductor substrate (1): application of a guard film (2), precipitation of a polycrystalline semiconductor film (4), doping the polycrystalline semiconductor film (4) and removal of the guard film (2) by etching; then insulating the semiconductor zone (7) from the semiconductor substrate (1), and applying an insulator film (8) on the insulated semiconductor zone (7). The pressure sensor product, which is compatible with CMOS circuits and has increased sensor accuracy, includes a semiconductor zone (7) insulated from the semiconductor substrate (1) and an insulator film (8) applied on the insulated semiconductor zone (7), the polycrystalline semiconductor film (4) being located on the insulator film (8) above the insulated semiconductor zone (7).

In an anchor for the attachment to flat building components including two cover plates and an intermediate support core layer wherein the anchor comprises an expansion body and a wedge body which is inserted into the expansion body and includes an opening for inserting a mounting means, the installed anchor is disposed in an opening of the building component which extends through one cover plate and the intermediate support core plate and into a dead end bore of the other cover plate. The expansion body has spreadable engagement elements, wherein, with the anchor installed, one cylinder zone is in contact with the bore wall of the first cover plate, and a wedging zone spreads out the expansion body in the intermediate support core and in the dead end bore of the second cover plate.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a pneumatic retarding device with a cylinder dividing the cylinder into a displacement chamber and a compensation chamber and including a piston with a piston rod movably supported in the cylinder and having a piston seal element wherein, upon movement of the piston, a piston movement opposing force is generated while an air leakage flow is established past the piston for damping piston movement. The piston and the piston rod are formed integrally and the piston seal element has at least two deformation zones of which one responds faster to a pressure change in the displacement chamber then the other which is subjected to the pressure change via a restrictive passage. Also, a guide system is provided with such a retarding device.
