    摘要: Provided is an engine mount for a power unit. The power unit is supported by a support via the engine mount. The engine mount includes a first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, and a coating film. The coating film is applied to at least one of a surface of a first mounting portion and a surface of a second mounting portion. The coating film includes a cured-resin base layer made of a phenolic-resin adhesive, and an outer layer made of an epoxy-resin antirust paint and laminated on the cured-resin base layer. A thickness of the cured-resin base layer is 5 μm or more. A thickness of the outer layer is less than 15 μm. A sum total of the thickness of the cured-resin base layer and the thickness of the outer layer is equal to or more than 15 μm and equal to or less than 30 μm.

The outer layer can be formed from a quantity of material that is disposed overtop of the indicia layer such that the one or more indicia of the indicia layer are substantially encapsulated. Gas spring assemblies, suspension systems, methods of manufacture and manufacturing systems are also included.

    摘要: A compressive residual stress portion having a compressive residual stress from a surface of a wire to a first depth is formed between end turn portions of a coil spring. The first portion of the end turn portion is always in contact with a spring seat. The second portion contacts the spring seat when the load applied to the coil spring is large, and is separated from the spring seat when the load is small. The third portion is always separated from the spring seat. In the end turn portion, in a region including the second portion, a deep residual stress portion is formed by ultrasonic shot peening. The deep residual stress portion has a compressive residual stress from a surface of the wire to a second depth deeper than the first depth.
