摘要: An actuator for opening and closing a door or a tailgate of a car contains a helical compression spring and a motor. The helical compression spring is provided for opening a door or the tailgate of a car when compressive forces of the helical compression spring are released. The motor is provided for compressing the helical compression spring in order to close the door or the tailgate of the car. The helical compression spring contains a helically coiled coated steel wire. The helically coiled coated steel wire contains a steel core and a metallic coating layer. The steel core contains a steel alloy. The steel alloy contains 0.8 to 0.95 wt % carbon, 0.2 to 0.9 wt % manganese; 0.1 to 1.4 wt % silicon; optionally one or more micro-alloying element. The microstructure of the steel core is drawn lamellar pearlite. The metallic coating layer contains at least 84% by mass of zinc.

摘要: A dock bumper for a loading dock includes a rear mounting plate for use in securing the dock bumper to a loading dock wall, a front contact surface configured to engage a vehicle backing into the loading dock, and an elastomer spring block positioned between the rear mounting plate and the front contact surface. The elastomer spring block includes an elastomeric material defining a pattern of geometric cavities. The geometric cavities are configured to provide a progressive spring rate in a longitudinal direction relative to the loading dock.

摘要: A damper unit for use in a vibration-reducing assembly for a steering wheel is disclosed. An elastomeric damper element is molded on an inner sleeve and includes a plurality of elastomeric ribs forming a radially outer engagement surface, and a plurality of elastomeric support studs, which are mutually spaced in a circumferential direction are flexible in all directions transverse to said axis. Methods for making a damper unit and a damper assembly are also disclosed.

The at least one core post is a columnar body and is made of zinc metal or zinc alloy that has been metal smelted to have a shear strain capacity of at least 50%. The two supporting boards are respectively disposed on two ends of the isolation energy absorber at a spaced interval. The first material layers and the second material layers are alternately mounted between the two supporting boards and surround the at least one core post.

摘要: The invention relates to an air spring (1a) with an elastic air spring bellows (3a), wherein the air spring bellows is tightly connected to an air spring cover (2) at its first open end and to an air spring piston (6a) at its second open end and thereby at least partially encloses a working chamber (4) filled with compressed air, wherein the air spring bellows forms a rolling fold (5) which can roll on the air spring piston (6a), wherein the air spring bellows has a fastening bead (7a) at least at its one end which faces the air spring piston, wherein a radially inwardly extending shoulder region (10a) is formed at the bellows-side axial end of the air spring piston (6a), wherein a conical sealing seat (9a) is formed radially on the inside at the shoulder region, wherein a radially inner sealing face (13a) of the fastening bead bears against the conical sealing seat of the air spring piston so as to seal the working chamber, and wherein the underside (14a) of the fastening bead pointing towards the air spring piston is pushed axially onto the shoulder region of the air spring piston. It is provided according to the invention that an annular piston shoulder attachment (16a) is arranged at the shoulder region of the air spring piston, that the piston shoulder attachment has a radial inner side (19a) which directly or indirectly adjoins the radial outer side (15a) of the fastening bead of the air spring bellows, and that the piston shoulder attachment has a radial outer side (18a) which, at least in the region of its greatest external diameter, adjoins a radial outer contour (12a) of the air spring piston in a radially flush manner.

The end turn part of the coil spring includes the quadrangle section portion. The width and thickness of the second cross-section are smaller than the diameter of the first cross-section. The area of the second cross section is smaller than the area of the square inscribed in the circle of diameter of the first cross section.

A bellow accumulator assembly is included and in fluid communication with the second working chamber. The bellow accumulator assembly includes a housing, a bellow accumulator disposed within the housing, a pressurized gas chamber defined between the housing and the bellow accumulator and an accumulator chamber defined between the bellow accumulator and the second working chamber.

One or more fastening portions of the spring element enable the fastening or connecting of the spring element to one or more structures. A ratio of a longitudinal measure of each loop portion to a transverse measure of the spring element is between 7.5 and 500. A pair of loop portions may be integrally joined together at a middle section to form a continuous loop. A pair of fastening portions may be integrally joined to opposing sides of the middle section, respectively. One of the fastening portions may be connected to a first structure and the other one of the fastening portions may be connected to a second structure.
