摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a sensor calibration method, apparatus, and device, a data measurement method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium, where the sensor calibration method includes: acquiring a gravity of a sensor itself and a static force measured in a case that the sensor is in a static state and has no external acting force; performing equivalent calibration processing on the gravity and the static force to obtain a calibrated static force; acquiring a dynamic force measured in a case that the sensor is in a motion state and has no external acting force; performing zero drift processing on the dynamic force according to the calibrated static force to obtain a calibrated dynamic force; and using the calibrated dynamic force as a calibration parameter for performing calibration in a case that the sensor measures an external acting force, to obtain a calibrated sensor with the calibration parameter.

The proximity state of an object Q with respect to the contact surface 102 of the base material 10 is detected according to the measurement result of the capacitance C1 between the pair of first electrodes 111 and 112.

摘要: A tool driver for use in robotic surgery includes a base configured to couple to a distal end of a robotic arm, and a tool carriage slidingly engaged with the base and configured to receive a surgical tool. In one variation, the tool carriage may include a plurality of linear axis drives configured to actuate one or more articulated movements of the surgical tool. In another variation, the tool carriage may include a plurality of rotary axis drives configured to actuate one or more articulated movements of the surgical tool. Various sensors, such as a capacitive load cell for measuring axial load, a position sensor for measuring linear position of the guide based on the rotational positions of gears in a gear transmission, and/or a capacitive torque sensor based on differential capacitance, may be included in the tool driver.

摘要: The enclosed describes a sensor pad for wearing on a human body. The sensor pad is configured to be in contact with a substrate having a contoured surface, such as a surface of the body. The sensor pad comprises at least a sensor layer and a stiffener layer. The sensor layer comprises a surface area defining a sensing area configured to measure value at a plurality of locations of the sensing area. The stiffener layer is couples to the surface area of the sensor layer. The stiffener layer has a micro-cut pattern to reduce mechanical resistance of the stiffener layer. The micro-cut pattern facilitates the stiffener layer in stretching or compressing in one or more predefined directions, enabling the stiffener lay to conform to the contoured surface of the substrate.
