摘要: In exemplary embodiments, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled system is developed, configured, and/or intended to facilitate the offensive, defensive, and logistical capabilities of a person engaged in warfare in some direct form. This encompasses scenarios ranging from the solo unit behind enemy lines, the operational deployment of forces and resources, to strategic theater. Exemplary embodiments include building or configuring a highly advanced and aware system, facilitated by AI, driven by cloud and edge computing, to allow decisions and tactical advantage be deployed and calculated at the level it needs first. Exemplary embodiments may be configured to address both the kinetic real world as well as digital cyberspace, incorporate offensive and defensive technology, and be primarily driven by the concept to augment forces to support and counter threats as well as malicious enemy AI.

摘要: A biometric sensing system for an aircraft cockpit includes an infrared camera, infrared illuminators, and a CPU. The infrared camera is mounted in a flight deck display surface of the cockpit and has a field of view including an upper body region of a flight crew member when the flight crew member is seated in the cockpit. The infrared illuminators are mounted in the flight deck display surface and directed to illuminate the upper body region of the flight crew member when the flight crew member is seated in the cockpit. The CPU can communicate instructions to the infrared camera and infrared illuminators, receive image data captured by the infrared camera, and process the image data captured by the infrared camera in order to determine an alertness level of the flight crew member based on at least one biometric characteristic within the captured image data.

摘要: A method includes providing a tag applied to an intended test subject. The tag having an anti-tamper authentication feature that is altered when the tag is removed from the test subject, and which, when altered, is rendered unsuitable for authentication. The method including providing a diagnostic device applied to a test subject. The diagnostic device interacting with the anti-tamper authentication feature of the tag. The method including authenticating the tag with the diagnostic wearable device based on the diagnostic device's interaction with the anti-tamper authentication feature. Successful authentication indicating that the test subject is the intended test subject. Unsuccessful authentication occurring when the anti-tamper authentication feature is altered. The method including collecting sensor data from the test subject via the diagnostic device. The method also including associating the collected sensor data with the intended test subject using the authentication of the tag with the diagnostic device.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method includes accessing first sensor data from a first sensor worn on a first portion of a user's body and accessing second sensor data from a second sensor worn on a second portion of the user's body. The method includes determining, based on both the first sensor data and the second sensor data, one or more first features related to the user's activity and determining, based on the first features, an initial classification of the user's activity. When the initial classification indicates a class that includes one or more subclasses that are more distinguishable by one of the sensors, then a specific subclassification may be determined based on sensor data from only that one sensor. Otherwise, the classification of the user's activity may be based on the one or more first features that use data from both sensors.

摘要: An apparatus and method for detecting undiagnosed sleep disordered breathing uses daytime sleepiness and nighttime Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) severity. This involves detecting people with excessive daytime sleepiness (and high likelihood of falling asleep during the day) caused by OSA through objective and subjective daytime and nighttime monitoring. Screening is provided for those who are most likely to be suffering a daytime impact of their sleep apnea and thus most likely to respond positively to a potential diagnosis, and notifying these people is also provided.

摘要: Systems and methods for determining if a wearable photoplethysmography device is correctly positioned in operating to medical signs of a user by using a classifier to determine if a signal is valid or invalid. In some embodiments, in using the classifier to determine in a signal is valid or invalid, a lean method of linear computational complexity and minimal memory complexity is provided for determining at the wearable photoplethysmography device if it is correctly positioned. In some embodiments, in using the classifier minimal computational complexity is used in determining at the wearable photoplethysmography device if it is correctly positioned.
