A bidirectional continuous power transmission system, characterized by a projecting bolt moving within a guiding opening with a rear wall and a front wall. Upon a rotating movement, the projecting bolt exerts a force on the rear wall or the front wall, depending on the orientation of the rotating movement. The force has a component parallel to an axis of rotation, causing two halves of a driven wheel to be pressed together and against a transmission belt. By providing the rear wall and the front wall of the guiding opening with defined curvatures, well-defined forces are exerted at any speed in both orientations of the rotating movement, so that torque is continuously transmitted effectively in both directions.

The first power unit has a primary shaft. The secondary shaft is driven by the primary shaft in a rotational movement. The speed converter is placed between the primary shaft and the secondary shaft, having a transmission belt, transmitting torque from the primary shaft to the secondary shaft. The clutch is set on the primary shaft or on the secondary shaft and has a drum, allowing or interrupting transmission of torque from the first power unit to the secondary shaft. The second transmission device is connected with the drum of the clutch. The electric motor is connected with the secondary shaft, either driving the secondary shaft or being driven by the secondary shaft to generate electricity or running idle.

A driving circuit of light emitting diodes includes a power supply circuit, at least one bypass circuit, and a temperature control circuit. The power supply circuit is used for providing a driving voltage to at least one series of light emitting diodes. Each bypass circuit of the at least one bypass circuit is used for being turned on when an ambient temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature. The temperature control circuit is coupled to the at least one bypass circuit for detecting the ambient temperature, and sending a control signal to the at least one bypass circuit when the ambient temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature. Therefore, the driving voltage can still drive the at least one series of light emitting diodes when the ambient temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature.
