摘要： A multi-level supply modulator for RF power amplifiers requires only a single independent voltage supply along with one or more flying capacitors to achieve multiple output levels. The flying capacitor is used to store the intermediate voltage level between the DC supply level and ground. A switch network is connected between the DC voltage supply and the power amplifier and is configured to provide power at variable, discrete DC voltages, for example the DC voltage supply level, ground, and a level halfway between the DC voltage supply level and ground. The flying capacitor is connected to switches in the switch network, and a sensing circuit detects the voltage across the flying capacitor and generates a feedback signal. Control circuitry controls the switch network (and thus the power supplied to the amplifier) based on the feedback signal.

Also disclosed is a method for realizing a polymeric matrix, for the manufacture of a transparent polymer sheet.

摘要： A system and method for ray launching in electromagnetic wave propagation modeling. A data-processing system receives a dataset that is representative of a plurality of structures within an environment. The plurality of structures is defined in the dataset as having a plurality of surfaces. The system then partitions each surface in the plurality of surfaces into a plurality of tiles. The system pre-computes whether i) the reference point of each corresponding tile in each plurality of tiles of each surface is visible or not from ii) the reference point of each possible spawning tile in each other plurality of tiles. The system then projects a first set of ray tubes based on the pre-computed visibility. The system evaluates the incidence of bounced ray tubes at a predetermined receive point within the environment and then presents a propagation result that is based on the evaluated incidence of the bounced ray tubes.

摘要： A system and method for ray launching in electromagnetic wave propagation modeling. A data-processing system receives a dataset that is representative of one or more structures within an environment, including a structure that is defined in the dataset as having at least a first surface. The data-processing system establishes a bounding box that is representative of the first surface and partitions at least a portion of the bounding box into a first set of tiles. The data-processing system then projects a first set of ray tubes from a predetermined point within the environment, to the tiles in the first set of tiles. Each ray tube in the first set of ray tubes is defined by a corresponding tile in the first set of tiles. The data-processing system evaluates the incidence of bounced ray tubes at a predetermined receive point within the environment and presents a propagation result that is based on the evaluated incidence.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a recombinant herpesvirus comprising a heterologous polypeptide ligand capable of binding to a target molecule and fused to or inserted into glycoprotein B at specific sites. The herpesvirus may comprise more than one ligand, and the additional ligand(s) may be comprised by a modified glycoprotein D and/or modified glycoprotein H. This allows the herpesvirus to target a cell for therapeutic purposes, and a cell for virus production. The present invention further comprises a pharmaceutical composition comprising the herpesvirus, the herpesvirus for use in the treatment of a tumor, infection, degenerative disorder or senescence-associated disease, a nucleic acid and a vector coding for the gB, a polypeptide comprising the gB, and a cell comprising the herpesvirus, nucleic acid, vector or polypeptide. Moreover, a method for infecting a cell with the herpesvirus or for producing the herpesvirus is disclosed.

The compositions and the devices described herein could be also used in vitro for evaluating the therapeutic effect of a compound on a determined cell line or on primary cells.
