摘要: Leveraging stochastic physical characteristics of resistive switching devices to generate data having very low cross correlation among bits of that data is disclosed. Data generated from stochastic physical characteristics can also be referred to as physical unclonable feature—or function—(PUF) data. Additionally, error correction functions for PUF data generated from resistive switching memory cells are provided. The error correction functions facilitate additional redundancy and longevity of PUF data, among other benefits. Different embodiments include addressing arrangements to incorporate ECC parity bits among generated PUF data bits, even for differential PUF bits respectively defined by multiple memory cells in different portions of a resistive memory array.

摘要: An automated steering device is provided usable in conjunction with power equipment machines. By way of example, the automated steering device can provide user-assisted steering for a power equipment machine to maintain tight parallel paths. The user-assisted steering can be defined relative to an initial vector traversed through user directed operation of the power equipment machine, independent of or at least in part independent of a predefined area of operation for the power equipment machine. Position location data refined by local terrestrial positioning system correction devices, or onboard rotational correction devices can be provided to obtain high positioning accuracy, and minimal path deviation. As a result, highly accurate pathing can be provided by way of the disclosed automated steering devices.

摘要: Differential programming of multiple resistive switching memory cells defining a bit is disclosed. The differential programming can mitigate invalid data values for the defined bit, referred to herein as an identifier bit. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for detection of a program event(s) for a portion of resistive switching memory cells defining an identifier bit, and disconnecting a remainder of the memory cells from program supply voltage, prior to a duration of a program cycle. Additionally, the program cycle can be continued for the programmed memory cell(s) to facilitate a robust programming and enhance data longevity. The detection and subsequent disconnection can facilitate proper differential programming and mitigate unwanted program events that lead to invalid identifier bit results, as well as reducing power consumption for a program cycle of resistive switching memory.

摘要: A chute control assembly for a snow thrower having a housing, handle, and a chute includes a control mechanism, a connecting mechanism, and a guide mechanism. The control mechanism includes an actuator mechanism that allows an operator to manually control the orientation of the chute from a position spaced apart from the chute. The connecting mechanism transfers rotation of the actuator mechanism to the guide mechanism. The guide mechanism is attached to the chute and rotates and adjust the orientation of the chute in response to rotation of the actuator mechanism in order to change the direction that snow is thrown from the snow thrower.
