摘要: The exemplary embodiments provide methods and systems for automatically identifying content related to an electronic text. Aspects of exemplary embodiments include linking topic categories, psychological states, demographic profiles, and additional content using one or more databases; in response to receiving content of an electronic text, analyzing by a software component executing on a computer the content and assigning one or more of topic categories to the content; automatically identifying at least one the psychological states of a user caused by the content and the demographic profiles whose members would be interested in the content that are linked to the one or more topic categories assigned to the content; and presenting a portion of the additional content that is linked to at least one of the identified demographic profiles and the psychological states.

摘要: A magnetic junction usable in a magnetic device and a method for providing the magnetic junction are described. The magnetic junction includes a free layer, a reference layer and nonmagnetic spacer layer between the free and reference layers. At least one of the free and reference layers includes at least one Heusler multilayer. Each of the at least one Heusler multilayer includes a plurality of Heusler adjoining layers that at least one interface. The Heusler layers include a plurality of Heusler alloys, have a plurality of lattice parameters and have a plurality of coefficients of thermal expansion. The magnetic junction is configured such that the free layer is switchable between stable magnetic states when a write current is passed through the magnetic junction.

摘要: A magnetic write apparatus has a media-facing surface (MFS) and includes a main pole, an auxiliary pole, a magnetic separation layer and coil(s). The auxiliary pole is adjacent to the main pole and has an auxiliary pole front surface recessed from the MFS by a first distance. The first distance is nonzero. The magnetic separation layer has a front surface facing the MFS and a back surface opposite to the front surface. The back surface is closer to the MFS than the first distance. The front surface is recessed from the MFS by a second distance that is nonzero. The coil(s) energize the main pole.

摘要: A magnetic junction usable in a magnetic device and a method for providing the magnetic junction are described. The magnetic junction includes a free layer, a nonmagnetic spacer layer, and a reference layer. The free layer includes at least one of Fe and at least one Fe alloy. Furthermore, the free layer excludes Co. The nonmagnetic spacer layer adjoins the free layer. The nonmagnetic spacer layer residing between reference layer and the free layer. The magnetic junction is configured such that the free layer is switchable between a plurality of stable magnetic states when a write current is passed through the magnetic junction.

摘要: Exemplary embodiments for self-aligning a sensor array with respect to blood vessel of a user comprise: determining an optimal sensor in a sensor array comprising an array of discrete sensors arranged on a band such that the sensor array straddles or otherwise addresses a blood vessel or other targeted area of a user by activating each of the discrete sensors to generate respective signals; designating as the optimal discrete sensor a particular discrete sensor producing a highest signal-to-noise ratio; and using the optimal sensor to collect physiological data of the user.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for event visualization and control performed by a software component executing on a processor, comprises: receiving as input one or more events currently executing on a computer, the one or more events comprising both applications and processes, and user-initiated background events performed by the applications and processes; displaying a graphical user interface (GUI) showing the one or more events along a percent completion timeline, and dynamically updating the GUI such that each of the one or more events move through the percent completion timeline as the one or more events process; and providing interface controls that enable a user to dynamically perform actions on the one or more events, wherein the actions include start, stop, delete, pause, and reorder.
