Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a source electrode, a drain electrode, and first electrodes disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from each other; a first layer covering the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the first electrodes; a semiconductor layer disposed on the first layer; a source connection electrode contacting the source electrode through a first hole in the first layer to electrically connect the source electrode and the semiconductor layer to each other; a drain connection electrode contacting the drain electrode through a second hole in the first layer to electrically connect the drain electrode and the semiconductor layer to each other; and a pixel electrode disposed above the first layer and overlapping the first electrodes including first projections overlapping the first electrodes and first recesses between the first projections.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a first thin film transistor of which a channel is formed in a polycrystalline transistor, a second thin film transistor of which a channel is formed in an oxide semiconductor layer, an organic light emitting diode electrically connected to the first thin film transistor, a storage capacitor having a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the second electrode of the storage capacitor is electrically connected to a gate electrode of the first thin film transistor, and an overlapping layer overlapping the oxide semiconductor layer in a plan view and receiving a positive voltage. The oxide semiconductor layer is positioned higher than the gate electrode of the first thin film transistor and the second electrode of the storage capacitor.
