A broadcast signal transmitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an encoder for forward error correction (FEC) encoding data pipe (DP) data transmitted via multiple DPs, wherein each DP transmits at least one service or at least one service component; a signaling encoder for encoding signaling data; an interleaver for interleaving the encoded DP data; a frame builder for mapping the interleaved DP data and the encoded signaling data and then generating at least one signal frame, wherein the interleaved DP data is mapped according to the type of the DPs transmitting the respective DP data, and wherein the encoded signaling data includes type information indicative of the type of each DP; a modulation unit for modulating the at least one generated signal frame in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme; and a transmitter for transmitting a broadcast signal including the at least one modulated signal frame.

The apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals, the apparatus comprises an input formatter for input formatting input streams, wherein the input formatting includes a divider for dividing the input streams into each data transmission path including one or multiple service or service component, wherein each of the input streams includes at least one IP (Internet Protocol) packet having a variable length, wherein each IP packet includes a packet header and a packet payload, a compressor for compressing each the packet header, an encoder for encoding data in the each data transmission path, a frame builder for building at least one signal frame, wherein each the signal frame includes the encoded data and a signaling data and a modulator for modulating at least one of the signal frame by an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) scheme.

The present invention provides a method of transmitting broadcast signals. The method includes, processing input streams into BB (Base Band) frames of PLPs (Physical Layer Pipes), wherein the input streams include a plurality of input packets, wherein each of the input packets include a packet header including information about synchronization of the input streams, wherein the processing input streams into BB frames further includes compressing the packet headers of the input packets in the input streams, generating the BB frames by using the compressed input packets; encoding data of the PLPs; building at least one signal frame by mapping the encoded data of the PLPs; and modulating data in the built signal frame by OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) method and transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data.

The method for transmitting broadcast signals includes encoding DP data according to a code rate, wherein the encoding further includes LDPC encoding the DP data according to the code rate, bit interleaving the LDPC encoded DP data, mapping the bit interleaved DP data onto constellations, MIMO (Multi Input Multi Output) encoding the mapped DP data, and time interleaving the MIMO encoded DP data; building at least one signal frame by arranging the encoded DP data; and modulating data in the built signal frame by OFDM method and transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data, wherein the step of modulating includes inserting CPs in the built signal frame based on a CP set which includes information about locations of CPs, wherein the CP set is defined based on FFT size.

Disclosed are a method for a first vehicle to everything (V2X) terminal to transmit a first signal and a device for same in a wireless communication system according to various embodiments. The method comprises the steps of: receiving second signals from neighboring devices; and transmitting the first signal on the basis of the second signals, wherein the second signals are sound signals generated from the neighboring devices, and the first V2X terminal calculates a danger level on the basis of signal characteristics of the sound signals and determines the transmission interval of the first signal on the basis of the danger level.

Disclosed are a method by which a VRU transmits a safety message in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: transmitting state information to a base station on the basis of mobility information; receiving reconfiguration information about transmission parameters from the base station; and transmitting a safety message on the basis of the reconfiguration information, wherein the state information is included in a UEAssistanceInformation message and transmitted if a collision risk is predicted according to peripheral information and the mobility information, and the safety message is transmitted on the basis of transmission power and a transmission period that are changed according to the reconfiguration information.

Described in the present disclosure is a method for registering a cluster in advance between known VRUs, which are composed of relationships between protectors and protectees, and maintaining the VRU cluster in a state of movement of the cluster. In addition, proposed are a method for generating a cluster in various states of mobility amongst members, and a method in which VRUs maintain a cluster and update cluster information on the basis of received information while in a state of movement. In addition, proposed is a method in which, when some VRUs are unable to maintain a cluster, information about VRU deviation is sensed within the cluster or shared with the outside to prevent accidents.
