Abstract:
A presentation system comprises a display for setting a virtual screen, a pointing mark for operating a point on the display, a photographing device for photographing the pointing mark and the display, a displaying device for displaying a predetermined image or the photographed image photographed by the photographing device, and a control device. The control device calculates coordinates of the pointing mark on coordinates of the virtual screen and has a pointing function for synthesizing a predetermined point image at coordinates of the image on the displaying device, which correspond to the coordinates of the pointing mark.
Abstract:
A metal coating removing apparatus (1) includes a first electrode (13) arranged so as to be opposed to a metal coating (101) as an object to be removed, a second electrode 14 arranged so as to be opposed to the metal coating (101) at a predetermined distance from the first electrode (13), and a pulse power generator (11), for example, that functions as a discharge energy supply portion. The pulse power generator (11) supplies discharge energy between the first electrode (13) and the second electrode (14) so as to allow discharging to occur between the first electrode (13) and the second electrode (14). By allowing discharging to occur between the first electrode (13) and the second electrode (14), the metal coating (101) can be removed.
Abstract:
A solder paste comprising a powder of a Zn-containing Sn-based, lead-free solder mixed with an activator-containing rosin-based flux to which 0.5-10.0 wt % of isocyanuric acid or a haloalkyl ester thereof is added can prevent the formation of solder balls and voids during reflow soldering and exhibit good solderability. A solder paste comprising a powder of an Ag- or Zn-containing Sn-based, lead-free solder mixed with an activator-containing rosin-based flux to which 0.01-10.0 wt % of a salicylamide compound also does not exhibit a change in viscosity and exhibits good solderability.
Abstract:

Abstract:
In a gyrotron apparatus, an oscillator tube unit and a collector are coupled by a bellows. The collector is received in an evaporation boiler jacket. The oscillator tube is supported on a stand and the collector and the boiler jacket is supported on the other stand.
Abstract:
There is provided a gyrotron including a quasi-optical mode converter wherein a solid dielectric layer such as silicon carbide for absorbing unnecessary millimeter waves generated by diffraction of the quasi-optical mode converter is arranged in annular shape in the periphery of the quasi-optical mode converter, and millimeter absorption fluid can be supplied to the periphery of the mode converter in a predetermined direction through vacuum barrier walls formed by a dielectric member, thereby efficiently absorbing the diffracted millimeter wave which is the cause of generating heat.
Abstract:
A rear projection television set in which a lenticular sheet is superposed to a Fresnel lens to form a light transmissive screen, at least one projection cathode ray tube projects an image onto the Fresnel lens so that the image through the lenticular is viewed by a viewer. A projector lens is mounted to the projection cathode ray tube and has an exit pupil so as to project the image from the projection tube onto the Fresnel lens. The image through the lenticular sheet is viewed at a distance from the lenticular lens, wherein there is a relation a.times.b
Abstract:
A brake fluid pressure controller is interposed between a master cylinder and the rear wheel cylinders. The controller comprises a housing having an inlet, an outlet and a chamber which provides communication between the inlet and the outlet. An annular sealing member is disposed around a piston in the chamber with a clearance left therebetween. The sealing member has an inner perimeter defining a valve seat and an outer perimeter defining a flexible lip portion which is in contact with the internal wall of the chamber. When a valve head of the piston sits on the valve seat of the sealing member, the inner perimeter of the valve seat cuts off the communication between the inlet and the outlet. Meanwhile, the outer perimeter permits a communication from the outlet to the inlet but shuts off a communication from the inlet to the outlet. A spring urges the piston to a direction in which the valve head separates from the valve seat. A regulating member contacts the inner perimeter of the sealing member in the chamber from a side opposite to the valve head. The regulating member regulates the sealing member from moving in a direction from the valve head toward the regulating member.
Abstract:
A fluid pressure control valve incorporated with dual hydraulic braking circuits connecting a tandem master cylinder to the left and right rear-wheel brake cylinders in a vehicle braking system. The control valve includes a pair of proportioning valves respectively disposed within the hydraulic braking circuits for modulating the hydraulic pressure applied to the rear-wheel brake cylinders, a pair of control plungers axially movable in response to fluid pressure in a hydraulic chamber to vary the spring load each acting on the proportioning valves, and a single inertia-controlled valve provided within an inlet pressure chamber of the control valve to interrupt the flow of fluid from one of the hydraulic braking circuits into the hydraulic chamber when a deceleration in excess of a predetermined value is attained.
Abstract:
A paper guiding device in a copying apparatus includes, in opposition, a lower guide plate having a main flat portion and an upper guide plate having a main flat portion. A plurality of rising pieces, having top edges and being laterally spaced apart upon the upper side of the main flat portion of the lower guide plate, rise above the lower guide plate and extend in the direction of movement of the copying paper. A plurality of hanging pieces, having lower edges and are laterally spaced apart on the lower side of the main flat portion of the lower guide plate, hang from the upper guide plate and extend in the direction of movement of the copying paper. The top edges and the lower edges define a path of movement of the copying paper while having minimal contact with the paper. A plurality of openings through the upper guide plate and an opening through each of the hanging pieces dissipate heat from the copying paper to substantially prevent the accumulation of moisture on the copying paper and in the improved paper guiding device.
