    摘要: A swivel control apparatus according to the present invention , includes: a hydraulic pump; a hydraulic motor for swiveling which is driven by hydraulic oil emitted from the hydraulic pump; a control valve which controls a flow of hydraulic oil which is supplied from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor for swiveling, and at a neutral position of the control valve cuts off from one another a pair of ports which communicate to input and output ports of the hydraulic motor; a valve device which communicates and cuts off from one another a pair of conduits which are respectively connected to the input and output ports of the hydraulic motor for swiveling; a pressure detection device which detects respective pressures in the two conduits and outputs pressure signals; a rotational speed detection device which detects a physical quantity based upon a rotational speed of the hydraulic motor for swiveling and outputs a rotational speed signal; a mode selection device which selects a neutral brake mode and a neutral free mode; and a control device which controls driving of the valve device so as to cut off the two conduits from one another when the neutral brake mode is selected, and so as to communicate the two conduits based upon the pressure signals and the rotational speed signal when the neutral free mode is selected.

    摘要: In an apparatus and a method for controlling the displacement of a steering pump for a work vehicle, the pressure loss can be decreased and the discharge of the steering pump can effectively be utilized even in a simultaneous operation with a work machine.     摘要: A hydraulic system having a load sensing capability with a high pressure cut-off either operational or bypass is disclosed. The hydraulic system includes a pump having variable displacement under control of a pump control signal, a signal duplicator, at least one pressure relief device operable in cooperation with the signal duplicator, and at least one working element driven by the pump. The system includes a high pressure cut-off selector operable in a first mode to allow the signal duplicator to provide the control signal, and in another mode to allow a true signal to control the pump. The system includes a differential relief valve operable to prevent relief flow therethrough when the signal duplicator pressure exceeds the pump output pressure, and to allow relief flow therethrough when pump pressure exceeds the signal duplicator pressure, such that a load sensing capability is maintained under high pump pressure conditions using either the duplicator signal or the true signal for pump control.

    摘要: A combination tow and pressure relief valve for use in a hydraulic fluid circuit used in a hydraulically driven wide area lawn mower. The valve includes a cylindrical valve body having a hexagonal head. A slideable valve tip with a shank and a valve head has its shank slidably mounted within the valve body. The valve tip is biased by a spring to move in a direction away from the hex head. In operation, the valve is inserted into a suitable chamber placed in series with a bypass passage. The valve tends to block the bypass passage under steady state conditions. When a surge in hydraulic pressure occurs, as would occur in response to operator input or at startup, the hydraulic fluid overcomes the bias of the spring and urges the valve tip away from the otherwise blocked orifice which links the bypass passage to the chamber. Opening the orifice tends to diminish the magnitude of the pressure peak and helps eliminate jerky starts of the mower. The spring eventually overcomes the reduced hydraulic fluid pressure and returns the head of the valve tip into a sealed relationship with the bypass passage orifice. A shoulder nut permits the valve to be secured at a fixed position within the chamber. Varying the position of the valve within the chamber permits adjustment of the absolute value of the peak pressure which will be reached within the bypass passage. Loosening the valve further permits its use as a tow valve, so that the associated mower can be moved without skidding of the mower tires or actually starting the mower engine. Closing the valve further permits maximum operating pressure availability for larger and heavier equipment.

    摘要: The present invention provides a shuttle relief valve comprising a housing provided with left and right conduit holes respectively connected to the left and right conduits which are arranged between a pressure source and a hydraulic motor in a hydraulic circuit system, and a space portion communicating the conduit holes with each other. A spool is slidably disposed in the space portion so that the space portion is selectively opened or closed by the movement of the spool. A spring urges the spool into the position in which the space portion is closed, and a left cover is fitted in one hollow portion of the housing formed on one side of the space portion so that it supports the movement of the left portion of the spool. A bushing is fitted in the other hollow portion of the housing formed on the other side of the space portion so that it supports the movement of the right portion of the spool.
