    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a benzyl amine compound, i.e., synthesizing a benzyl amine compound by means of an oxidation reaction between a methylbenzene/ethylbenzene compound and arylamine by using an ionic iron (III) complex containing 1,3-di-tert-butylimidazolium cation and having a molecular formula of [(RNCHCHNR)CH][FeBr4] (R being tert-butyl) and di-t-butyl peroxide as an oxidant. The present invention is not only applicable to a methylbenzene compound containing a benzylic primary carbon-hydrogen bond but also applicable to an ethylbenzene compound containing a benzylic secondary carbon-hydrogen bond, and therefore is widely applicable. This is the first case where the preparation of a benzyl amine compound by means of an oxidation reaction between a methylbenzene/ethylbenzene compound and arylamine is implemented by an iron catalyst.

    摘要: A process for preparing 4-aminodiphenylamine (4-ADPA) comprising steps of coupling of aniline with nitrobenzene in presence of a suitable base, e.g. tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), hydrogenation of the coupling mass, phase separation, hydrogenation of azobenzene in the separated organic mass and fractional distillation for 4-ADPA recovery. An improvement in 4-ADPA recovery and a lowering of tar formation are obtained due to azobenzene reduction prior to 4-ADPA isolation. Also a gain in volume productivity of 4-ADPA is obtained by suitably altering the batch cycle time of the coupling reaction.

    摘要: A device and method for dissipating heat from a source of heat is described. A plurality of layers of thermally conductive materials receives a flow of heat from a source of heat. A first layer of the plurality of layers receives the flow of heat from the source of heat and redirects and transfers the flow of heat to a second of the plurality of layers. Each layer has a separate preselected thermal impedance to control a desired temperature change across the plurality of layers and to maintain a desired operating temperature of the source heat.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a tertiary amine in the presence of a catalyst containing copper and at least one element selected from the group consisting of elements belonging to Groups 2, 3, 7 and 12 of the Periodic Table (long form of the periodic table), said process including the steps of (a) reducing an amide compound in a hydrogen atmosphere; and (b) introducing a dialkyl amine containing a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms into a reaction product obtained in the step (a), and treating the reaction product with the dialkyl amine. The present invention provides a process for producing high-purity aliphatic tertiary amines containing a less amount of by-products by reducing aliphatic acid amides under moderate conditions using a chromium-free catalyst, as well as a process for producing amine derivatives such as amine oxide by using the aliphatic tertiary amines, with a good productivity in an economical manner.

The complex base catalyst comprises tetraalkyl ammonium hydroxide, and tetraalkyl ammonium salt.
