摘要: There is provided an automatically guided vehicle (AGV), which is configured to detect if a payload mass differs significantly from a preset payload mass towed and/or carried by the vehicle, and if a payload mass different from the preset payload is detected, the control system of the vehicle is automatically updated to adjust either: i) the speed of the vehicle based on preset safety brake distance information associated with the detected different payload mass; or ii) increase the safety zone or switch to a safer safety zone in order to avoid collision with any obstacles.

摘要: An object-detection system for an automated vehicle includes an object-detector, a receiver, and a controller. The object-detector detects detectable-objects proximate to a host-vehicle. The receiver receives an indication of an object-presence from other-transmitters proximate to the host-vehicle. The controller is in communication with the object-detector and the receiver. The controller is configured to operate the host-vehicle to avoid interference with a hidden-object when the hidden-object is not detected by the object-detector and the object-presence is indicated by at least two instances of the other-transmitters.

摘要: A vehicular collision avoidance system includes a sensor disposed at a vehicle for sensing exterior and forwardly of the vehicle. A processor processes sensor data captured by the sensor to determine the presence of a pedestrian ahead of the vehicle and outside a path of travel of the vehicle. The processor determines a projected path of travel of the pedestrian based on movement of the pedestrian. The processor determines where the forward path of travel of the vehicle intersects the projected path of travel of the pedestrian. The system, responsive at least in part to prediction that the pedestrian will be in the forward path of travel of the vehicle when the vehicle time to intersection elapses, adjusts the speed of the vehicle based at least in part on attentiveness of a driver of the vehicle and a driving condition of the vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an automotive braking control apparatus and method. The automotive braking control apparatus includes: a weather condition determiner determining weather conditions on the basis of image information received from a camera; a collision determiner determining possibility of a collision with a forward object on the basis of the image information received from the camera and object sensing information received from a radar; and an automotive braking controller controlling emergency braking of a vehicle when it is determined that there is possibility of a collision with the forward object, in which the collision determiner changes weight for the image information and weight for the object sensing information on the basis of the weather conditions.

摘要: A vehicle travel assist device which enables setting of a target travel route while limiting the increase in computational load including an automatic drive control device is provided with: a storage unit that stores a map indicating the relation between a limit value of variation in lateral acceleration and time; a profile creation unit that, when information specifying a target position is inputted, creates a lateral acceleration profile indicating the relation between the lateral acceleration of a vehicle and time on the basis of the target position, an estimated time of arrival, and the map stored in the storage unit; and a target deriving unit that derives a target travel route leading to the target position by performing integration twice on the created lateral acceleration profile.

摘要: A method for triggering self-braking in a motor vehicle, in which following a first collision during an accident a self-braking request signal is transmitted to a brake controller by a collision sensor unit by a communications device of the motor vehicle. The multi-collision braking requested should be initiated in the event of damage to the brake controller that is caused by the first collision. The request signal is received by a control device of the motor vehicle that is disposed at a distance from the brake controller. The control device then determines whether the brake controller responds to the request signal. If no response of the brake controller is detected, the self-braking is initiated by the control device.

摘要: A vehicle brake system includes a collision determination unit configured to determine whether collision of the vehicle occurs; a second braking control unit configured to cause at least one of ESB and VSA systems to perform emergency braking control of the vehicle irrespective of a press-down operation of a brake pedal by a driver when collision of the vehicle occurs; and a braking force determination unit configured to determine whether a demanded braking force by emergency braking control exceeds a predetermined braking force threshold. In a case where the collision of the vehicle occurs, and where the demanded braking force exceeds the braking force threshold, the second braking control unit retreats an operation position of the brake pedal in a press-down direction.

摘要: A control system for use in an own motor vehicle is adapted and determined, based on surroundings data obtained by at least one surroundings sensor arranged at the own motor vehicle, to detect motor vehicles in the front and in the rear of the own motor vehicle and preferably to detect objects in front. The at least one surroundings sensor is adapted to provide, to an electronic control of the control system, the surroundings data representing an area in front of, next to and/or behind the own motor vehicle. The control system is at least adapted and determined to detect a first other motor vehicle participating in traffic in front of the own motor vehicle by means of the at least one surroundings sensor, to detect a second other motor vehicle participating in traffic in the rear of the own motor vehicle by means of the at least one surroundings sensor, to determine movements of the first and/or second other motor vehicles relatively (i) to a lane, on which the first and/or second motor vehicles or the own motor vehicle are, or (ii) relatively to the own motor vehicle, to determine a current driving situation of the own motor vehicle with respect to the current driving situation of the first and second other motor vehicles based on the movements of the first and/or second other motor vehicles and movements of the own motor vehicle, based on the current driving situation of the own motor vehicle with respect to the current driving situation of the first and second other motor vehicles, to repeatedly determine a measure of a brake requirement in the form of (i) a necessity measure, (ii) a time until the beginning of a deceleration and (iii) a deceleration measure for the own vehicle, and, provided that the necessity measure exceeds a predetermined threshold, trigger a deceleration of the own vehicle at a point in time which lies before the determined time until the beginning of a deceleration, wherein the triggered deceleration is less than the determined deceleration measure for the own vehicle.
