    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a package structure of organic light emitting diode (OLED) components. The package structure includes an OLED body and an encapsulation layer having an organic layer, a protecting layer, a blocking layer, and a stressed layer. A first curved-surface area is formed on the organic layer, and the protecting layer, the blocking layer, and the stressed layer are stacked on the organic layer in sequence. The protecting layer, the blocking layer, and the stressed layer are respectively formed with a second curved-surface area. The second curved-surface area is stacked on the first curved-surface area and is overlapped with the first curved-surface area, and the second curved-surface area and the first curved-surface area form a folded area of the encapsulation layer. The present disclosure also relates to one OLED component and a display panel.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a TFT substrate manufacturing method and a TFT substrate. In the TFT substrate manufacturing method of the present invention, a pattern of the gate metal layer has been designed such that reflective blocks are included in a gate metal layer at locations corresponding to areas in which connection holes are to be formed so that in a process of forming the connection holes, light is reflected by the reflective blocks to enhance intensity of exposure on locations where the connection holes are formed. Thus, even under the condition that limit exposure size of an existing exposure machine is constrained, it is still possible to ensure full exposure in forming the connection holes in a high PPI display panel device to thereby realize production of high display panel products.

    Abstract: The data driving method for the display panel according to the present invention adjusts the demux signal and drives the sub-pixels in the regular deployment as such. the timing of a demux signal has different pulse intervals and as such, the timing of the demux signal becomes disorder or irregular. In such a way, the present invention can prevent the sub-pixels of a particular color from being insufficiently recharged in polarity inversion, solves the color deviation problem, and makes the screen image more uniform. Also, the present invention adopts the RGBW regular deployment and therefore all the RGBW masks can be shared without the drawback of unable to share the masks under the circumstance of the existing RGBW disorder deployment.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a lighting jig of a display panel and a lighting test method. The lighting jig includes a signal generator configured to generate a plurality of control signals and a first digital signal, a controller connected with the signal generator and configured to light up subpixels corresponding to the control signals of corresponding rows in the display panel when an effective signal of the control signals and an effective signal of the first digital signal work simultaneously. The plurality of control signals are corresponding to the plurality of subpixels in each column of pixels respectively. In each period, temporal positions of the effective signal of the control signals corresponding to the subpixels required to be lit on and the effective signal of the first digital signal are identical. The sequence design of adopting special control signals and digital signals can prevent mischarging other subpixels during digital signal delay.

    Abstract: The invention provides a transflective LCD, comprising an LCD panel and a backlight disposed below the LCD panel; the LCD panel comprising a plurality of interleaved transmissive regions and reflective regions; the backlight comprising: a backlight substrate, and a plurality of micro light-emitting diodes (uLED) arrays disposed on backlight substrate; the plurality of uLED arrays being distributed correspondingly on backlight substrate below the plurality of transmissive regions of the LCD panel, the backlight providing backlighting to the plurality of transmissive regions of LCD panel through the plurality of uLED arrays to ensure the light from backlight only propagates and emits from the projection area of transmissive regions and not wasted on reflective regions. As such, the waste of backlight on reflective regions is avoided and the utilization and light efficiency are improved, leading to lower energy consumption of the transflective LCD, saving energy and improving endurance of the display.
