摘要: Method and system for producing a part using die casting or injection molding with a top die and undercut dies that are independently moveable from the top die. In one particular form, the method and system can include a top die and one or more undercut dies that can have a protrusion. The undercut dies can be lowered into a base of the system and moved away from each other, and the top die can be lowered into a receiving portion between the undercut dies. A molten liquid can be introduced into a space between the undercut dies and additional aspects of the system, and after cooling to form a part, the top die can be moved vertically to allow space for the undercut dies to be moved toward each other. The undercut dies can be moved vertically and the part can be removed.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a bioresorbable implant, wherein a magnesium alloy is formed into an implant. A melt is pressed into a die and gases in the die induce turbulence in the inflowing melt, thereby enclosing gas, so that the porous implant is formed with a porosity, which increases from outside inwardly. The surface of the implant is substantially free from open pores.

摘要: A method of fabricating a vehicle part casing using a die-casting apparatus includes preparing a molten aluminum (AL) alloy by heating an Al alloy. A die-casting mold is preheated, and then, the vehicle part casing is molded by pouring the molten Al alloy into the die-casting mold. The vehicle part casing is removed from the die-casting mold and a surface of the vehicle part casing is trimmed. Burs on the vehicle part casing are removed.

摘要: The present invention relates to an aluminium casting alloy having (in % by weight) Cu: 6.0-8.0%, Mn: 0.3-0.055%, Zr: 0.18-0.25%, Si: 3.0-7.0%, Ti: 0.05-0.2%. Sr: up to 0.03%, V: up to 0.04%, Fe: up to 0.25%, remainder aluminium and unavoidable impurities, and a casting for a combustion engine. The aluminium casting alloy according to the invention has high mechanical properties after a longer operating duration at high temperatures and at the same time can be cast without any problems. Furthermore, the casting according to the invention has optimised mechanical properties during operation at high temperatures and at the same time can be produced in an operationally reliable manner in terms of casting technology.

摘要: A method of fabricating a two-component blade for a gas turbine engine, the method including in succession: obtaining a blade profile made of ceramic material having a hole passing right through the blade profile in its length direction so as to form a longitudinal channel opening out into a top cavity; positioning and maintaining the blade profile in a mold so as to form a bottom cavity communicating with the channel of the blade profile; casting molten metal into the blade profile so as to fill the top and bottom cavities and the channel interconnecting them; and cooling the metal so that the shrinkage of the metal cooled in the top and bottom cavities leads to the ceramic of the blade profile being subjected to compression prestress.

摘要: A nodular graphite cast iron, a method for fabricating a vane for a rotary compressor using nodular graphite cast iron, and a vane for a rotary compressor using the same are provided. The nodular graphite cast iron includes 3.4 wt % to 3.9 wt % of carbon (C), 2.0 wt % to 3.0 wt % of silicon (Si), 0.3 wt % to 1.0 wt % of manganese (Mn), 0.1 wt % to 1.0 wt % of chromium (Cr), 0.04 wt % to 0.15 wt % of titanium (Ti), less than 0.08 w % of phosphorus (P), less than 0.025 wt % of sulphur (S), 0.03 wt % to 0.05 wt % of magnesium (Mg), 0.02 wt % to 0.04 wt % of rare earth resource, iron (Fe) and impurities as the remnants, and includes a bainite matrix structure, nodular graphite, and 15 vol % to 35 vol % of carbide.
