The present invention includes a plurality of lead terminals made of a conductive material having spring elasticity; and insulative housing that buries a part of the region of lead terminal and fixedly retains a plurality of lead terminals in an arrangement having been set in advance. Lead terminal is composed of a buried part that is a part of lead terminal buried in housing; bottom end joint that is extended from one end of the buried part, is exposed through bottom end surface of housing, and extracted in width direction of bottom end surface; and flexibly changing part that is exposed from another end of the buried part through one wall surface orthogonal to bottom end surface, and is extended along this wall surface to top end surface facing to bottom end surface, being spaced from wall surface and top end surface.
Abstract:
A halftone printing is realized by jetting ink drops of mutually different sizes toward a print medium. Among them, the ink drop having the middle size is set to be a reference ink drop for determining injection timings of the ink drops. When the ink drop to be jetted is bigger than the reference ink drop, an injection timing thereof is delayed relative to that of the reference ink drop. On the other hand, when the ink drop to be jetted is smaller than the reference ink drop, an injection timing thereof is advanced relative to that of the reference ink drop. This allows all the ink drops to be hit upon the print medium precisely at given positions.

A pedal displacement control structure for a vehicle comprising: a pedal bracket fixed to a first member of a vehicle body which is displaced to rearward of the vehicle when an external force larger than a predetermined value is exerted to the front portion of the vehicle; a suspension-type vehicle pedal having a rotation shaft which becomes a center of pivot is supported by the pedal bracket; a displacement control device for controlling the displacement of a tread of the vehicle pedal by putting a pushing force frontward of the vehicle around the rotation shaft on the vehicle pedal when the vehicle pedal is displaced to rearward of the vehicle with the displacement of the first member of the vehicle body to rearward of the vehicle, which is provided in a second member on the vehicle body having high intensity and arranged more rearward of the vehicle than the vehicle pedal; and a device for inhibiting the push-reaction force larger than a predetermined value from being transmitted to the second member on the vehicle body via the displacement control device, when the pushing force is put on the vehicle pedal from the displacement control device. Hence, the displacement of the tread of the vehicle pedal is controlled.

A first convex portion and a second convex portion are formed on a semiconductor substrate at a prescribed interval, an impurity diffusing region is formed on an upper portion of the semiconductor substrate placed between the first and second convex portions, and a thinned first polysilicon film is formed on the impurity diffusing region and the first and second convex portions. Thereafter, arsenic ions are implanted into the first polysilicon film to make the first polysilicon film conductive. Thereafter, a second polysilicon film having a film thickness larger than that of the first polysilicon film is formed, and phosphorus ions are implanted into the second polysilicon film to make the second polysilicon film conductive. Thereafter, a tungsten silicide film is formed on the second polysilicon film, and the tungsten silicide film and the first and second polysilicon films are patterned. Therefore, a two-layer structured electrode wiring film composed of a patterned tungsten silicide film and a combination of a patterned first polysilicon film and a patterned second polysilicon film is formed. Because the first polysilicon film is thinned, the first polysilicon film can be sufficiently conductive. Therefore, the first polysilicon film is electrically connected with the second polysilicon film on the first and second convex portions even though the second polysilicon film is not sufficiently conductive, and the electrode wiring film can be electrically connected with the impurity diffusing region.

An engagement portion to be engaged with a vehicle body is formed on the lower surface of the front end of a joined portion of a defroster duct. The engagement portion is engaged with a fitting hole of a cowl panel. The joined portion of the defroster duct has a curve portion formed thereon, in which a rib of an instrument panel abuts against a duct portion of the defroster duct. When the duct portion is pressed forward of the vehicle, the curve portion elastically deforms so as to keep a blow port of the defroster duct aligned with a blow port of the instrument panel.

In an air bag apparatus for a passenger seat, an air bag door has three layers: a door base member, a shell and a foam layer charged between the door base member and the shell. A groove-shaped rib is formed in a rearward end-side portion of the door base member of the air bag door. A grommet is fixed at each of the opposite ends of the rib. A strap formed of a looped resin-made cord formed by knotting the two end portions of the cord is laid in the rib, extending through the grommets. The strap is covered with a heat-shrink tube that prevents degradation of the strap due to influence of a component material of the foam layer.

An ink-jet head includes a holder having first reference surfaces arrayed at a predetermined pitch in a main scanning direction. A plurality of segment chips is held on the holder. Each of the plurality of segment chips has an ink chamber plate and nozzles, each of the ink chamber plates having a flat surface on which grooves forming ink chambers are arrayed in a row perpendicular to the main scanning direction. Each of the ink chamber plates has a second reference surface extending from and coplanar with the flat surface. The second reference surfaces of the ink chamber plates of the plurality of segment chips are in contact with the first reference surfaces of the holder so that the nozzles of the respective segment chips are positioned on the holder at the pitch in the main scanning direction, and the plurality of segment chips are fixed to the holder.

A piezoelectric fluid pump includes a stationary pump base and a plurality of piezoelectric elements arranged in parallel on the stationary pump base, each of the piezoelectric elements having, in a polarizing direction thereof or in a direction perpendicular to the polarizing direction, a first end fixed to the stationary pump base and a free, second end. The free, second ends of respective pairs of adjacent the piezoelectric elements are connected to each other, for respective units of the fluid pump. Between the pair of piezoelectric elements and between the stationary pump base and the connecting means, pressure chambers are defined. There are gaps are between walls of the piezoelectric elements and walls of piezoelectric elements of adjacent units.

The present invention provides a thermosetting resin composition comprising(a) a prepolymer of a poly-p-hydroxystyrene derivative represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein A is a halogen group, R.sub.1 is an alkenyl or alkenoyl group of 2 to 4 carbon atoms, 4 carbon atoms, m denotes a number of 1 to 4 and n denotes a number of 1 to 100,(b) an epoxy-modified polybutadiene, and(c) an aromatic maleimide compound, and a prepreg and a laminated sheet which use said resin composition.
