Abstract:
A flexible circuit board inspecting apparatus for conducting an inspection on a flexible circuit board includes a transport path and an inspection part mechanism. The transport path is configured to successively transport the flexible circuit board having a plurality of unit circuit boards arranged thereon. The inspection part mechanism is configured to bring and distance a jig for inspecting the flexible circuit board transported on the transport path close to and from the flexible circuit board. The transport path includes a longitudinal transport portion for transporting the flexible circuit board in a downward vertical direction. The inspection part mechanism moves the jig in a direction perpendicular to the flexible circuit board transported on the longitudinal transport portion to bring and distance the jig close to and from the flexible circuit board.

An inspection jig may include a frame, an electrode body provided with electrodes, conductive contactors having a wire shape, a support block having a facing surface opposite to which an inspection circuit board is disposed, guiding one ends of the contactors to the inspection points of the circuit board mounted on the facing surface, guiding other ends to the electrodes, and configured to move relatively to the frame in a moving direction which crosses the facing surface, biasing parts configured to bias the support block in a direction moving away from the electrode body and close to the circuit board, and a regulating plate disposed between the support block and the frame so as to extend in a direction from the support block to the frame, having elasticity, and having regulation of deformation in a first direction which is parallel to the facing surface and which crosses the extending direction.
Abstract:
A method for maintaining a contact of a connection jig for connecting between a target object to be subjected to an electrical test and a testing apparatus configured to conduct the electrical test on the target object includes: detecting a change in voltage upon supply of power for the electrical test to a test point on the target object through the contact; and issuing maintenance information indicating the contact is abnormal, upon detection of a portion where the voltage does not successively rise.
Abstract:
An insulation inspection technique for allowing the occurrence of sparks to be detected more satisfactorily and allowing a board in which sparks have occurred to be more satisfactorily detected as being detective is provided. An insulation inspection apparatus detects a voltage induced between insulation inspection target wiring patterns by the application of a voltage during a time period from the start of the voltage application between the insulation inspection target wiring patterns to a predetermined time when the voltage between the insulation inspection target wiring patterns has stabilized. When a voltage drop due to sparks occurring between the insulation inspection target wiring patterns is detected during the time period, the board to be inspected is determined to be defective. In particular, supply current during the time period is set in accordance with the number of inspection points of an upstream wiring pattern of the insulation inspection target wiring patterns.

Abstract:
A contact that can maintain the function of a spring portion even under relatively high current conditions, and an inspection jig equipped with the contact are provided. A contact of an inspection jig includes a columnar portion and a cylindrical portion disposed around the columnar portion. The columnar portion includes a front end portion protruding from the cylindrical portion, and a rear end portion. The cylindrical portion has a spring portion, and the spring portion is configured to expand and compress to change a dimension between the front end portion of the columnar portion and the rear end portion of the cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion is formed of an alloy of nickel and phosphorus.
Abstract:
An image processing unit including: a pad region extraction unit that executes pad region extraction processing of extracting a substantially rectangular pad region surrounding a plurality of pads from an image of an inspection target object; an imaginary straight line setting unit that executes imaginary straight line setting processing of setting an imaginary first straight line parallel to a side extending in an X direction of the pad region and setting an imaginary second straight line parallel to a side extending in a Y direction of the pad; and a reference point setting unit that executes reference point setting processing of setting an intersection between the first straight line and the second straight line as the reference point.
Abstract:
A contact terminal includes a tubular body and a first conductor. The tubular body has an end-side cutout provided in a shape cut out from one axial-direction end surface toward an other axial-direction side at one axial-direction end portion of the tubular body, a hole that is open at the one axial-direction end portion, and a pair of arms interposed between the end-side cutout and the hole. The first conductor includes a first insertion including an inclined portion having an outside diameter gradually increased toward one axial-direction side, and a first straight portion connected to the one axial-direction side of the inclined portion and having an outside diameter constant along the axial direction. The outside diameter of the first straight portion is larger than an inside diameter of the tubular body. The first straight portion is configured to be in contact with the pair of arms.
