摘要: A motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a case. The stator includes a stator core and windings. The rotor is provided inside the stator. The rotor includes first and second rotor cores and a field magnet. The first and second rotor cores each includes a core base and claw-shaped magnetic poles. The core bases are opposed to each other and the claw-shaped magnetic poles of the first and second rotor cores are alternately disposed in a circumferential direction. The field magnet is disposed between the core bases in the axial direction. The field magnet is magnetized in the axial direction so as to cause the claw-shaped magnetic poles of the first rotor core and the second rotor core to function respectively as first magnetic poles and second magnetic poles. At least part of an end part of the case in the axial direction is made of a non-magnetic body.

The control device (50) includes: a bus bar unit main body (53) that has a base unit (54) with a plurality of bus bars wired thereinside and has a connector unit (58) provided integrally on the base unit (54) and led out to an outside of a housing (10); a motor drive unit (66) that drives the brushless motor (20); and a motor control unit (71) that controls the motor drive unit (66). The motor drive unit (66) is attached to a first main surface (51) of the base unit (54) while the motor control unit (71) is attached to a second main surface (52) of the base unit (54).

摘要: A supporting member on which a wafer table is mounted is substantially kinematically supported, via six rod members placed on a slider. Further, coupling members are placed facing in a non-contact manner via a predetermined gap, thin plate-shaped edges provided at both ends in the Y-axis direction of the supporting member. By this arrangement, vibration-damping is performed by the coupling members (squeeze dampers) facing the edges, on vibration of the supporting member mounted on the wafer table. Further, because the supporting member is kinematically supported via the plurality of rod members, it becomes possible to reduce deformation of the wafer table that accompanies deformation of the slider.

摘要: Systems and methods for grounding power generation systems with silicon carbide MOSFET power converters are provided. A power generation system can include a power generator comprising a multiphase rotor configured to generate multiphase alternating current power at a first voltage and a power converter comprising one or more silicon carbide MOSFETs and an isolation transformer. The power converter can be configured to convert the multiphase alternating current power from the power generator at the first voltage to multiphase alternating current power at a second voltage. The power generation system can be electrically grounded to shunt a leakage current associated with the isolation transformer of the power converter to a ground.

The closure apparatus includes at least a first rod-like throttle coil and a second rod-like throttle coil which are wound in opposite directions with coil wire and which are arranged parallel to one another. The first throttle coil is electrically directly coupled to a first coupling element provided for electrical coupling to the mechanically commutated electric motor, and the second throttle coil is electrically directly coupled to a second coupling element provided for electrical coupling to the mechanically commutated electric motor, such that, when the mechanically commutated electric motor is connected to the coupling elements and the mechanically commutated electric motor is operated, the magnetic fluxes (Phi1, Phi2) in the first throttle coil and second throttle coil at least partially compensate one another.
