    摘要: An in-vehicle inverter device includes a noise reduction circuit, which has a common mode choke coil configured to reduce common mode noise and normal mode noise contained in DC power, and an inverter circuit, which receives the DC power in which the noise has been reduced. The noise reduction circuit includes: an input-side capacitor and an input-side resistor provided on the input side of the choke coil; an output-side capacitor and an output-side resistor provided on the output side of the choke coil; a first filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the input-side capacitor, and the input-side resistor; and a second filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the output-side capacitor, and the output-side resistor. The first and the second filter circuits reduce leakage noise generated in the inverter circuit.

    摘要: An on-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes an inverter device having a noise reducer. The noise reducer includes a common mode choke coil. The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, first and second windings wound around the core, the second winding being spaced apart from and opposed to the first winding, an annular conductor that extends over the first winding and the second winding and covers the core, and an insulating layer located between an inner circumferential surface of the conductor and outer surfaces of the first winding and the second winding. The conductor is tubular and belt-shaped. The core includes an exposed portion that is not covered by the conductor. The insulating layer is tubular and belt-shaped. An entirety of the conductor is arranged within a range between opposite ends of the insulating layer.

    摘要: This on-vehicle power conversion apparatus is provided with: a power conversion circuit to which DC power is inputted; and a noise reduction unit that is configured to reduce common-mode noise and normal-mode noise which are included in the DC power and that is provided to the input side of the power conversion circuit. The noise reduction unit is provided with: a core having a first core part and a second core part; a common-mode chalk coil having a first winding wire wound around the first core part and a second winding wire wound around the second coil part; and a smoothing capacitor that constitutes a low-pass filter circuit cooperatively with the common-mode chalk coil. The power conversion apparatus is further provided with a damping unit provided at a position intersecting the magnetic path of a magnetic flux leakage.

The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, a pair of winding wires, and an annular electrical conductor. The electrical conductor is split into a first metal plate and a second metal plate in a circumferential direction. The first metal plate is thermally coupled to the housing. The second metal plate is electrically connected to the first metal plate. An electrical resistance value of the first metal plate is larger than that of the second metal plate.

    摘要: An on-board electric compressor that comprises: a housing; a compression unit; an electric motor; and an inverter device. The inverter device comprises: an inverter circuit that converts direct current power to alternating current power; and a noise reduction unit that is provided on an input side of the inverter circuit and that reduces common mode noise and normal mode noise that are included in the direct current power. The noise reduction unit comprises: a common mode choke coil; and a smoothing capacitor that, in cooperation with the common mode choke coil, constitutes a low pass filter circuit. The common mode choke coil has: a core that has a first core part and a second core part; a first winding that is wound around the first core part; and a second winding that is wound around the second core part.
