    摘要: An in-vehicle inverter device includes a noise reduction circuit, which has a common mode choke coil configured to reduce common mode noise and normal mode noise contained in DC power, and an inverter circuit, which receives the DC power in which the noise has been reduced. The noise reduction circuit includes: an input-side capacitor and an input-side resistor provided on the input side of the choke coil; an output-side capacitor and an output-side resistor provided on the output side of the choke coil; a first filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the input-side capacitor, and the input-side resistor; and a second filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the output-side capacitor, and the output-side resistor. The first and the second filter circuits reduce leakage noise generated in the inverter circuit.

    摘要: This on-vehicle power conversion apparatus is provided with: a power conversion circuit to which DC power is inputted; and a noise reduction unit that is configured to reduce common-mode noise and normal-mode noise which are included in the DC power and that is provided to the input side of the power conversion circuit. The noise reduction unit is provided with: a core having a first core part and a second core part; a common-mode chalk coil having a first winding wire wound around the first core part and a second winding wire wound around the second coil part; and a smoothing capacitor that constitutes a low-pass filter circuit cooperatively with the common-mode chalk coil. The power conversion apparatus is further provided with a damping unit provided at a position intersecting the magnetic path of a magnetic flux leakage.

The compression portion and the electric motor are received in the housing. The circuit housing is arranged outside the housing and defines an accommodation chamber that receives the drive circuit. The control circuit is configured to control the electric motor by controlling the drive circuit. The communication lead is connected to the control circuit and drawn from the inside to the outside of the accommodation chamber. The metal shielding member is arranged in the accommodation chamber and covers the communication lead. The circuit housing includes a metal shielding portion, which is electrically grounded. The shielding member is electrically connected to the shielding portion.

    摘要: An on-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, and an inverter device. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit and a noise reducer. The noise reducer includes a common-mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common-mode choke coil includes a case, a loop-shaped core accommodated in the case, a first winding and a second winding that are wound around the case, and a loop-shaped conductor that covers the core and the case. Parts of the conductor that are opposed to each other between the first winding and the second winding are spaced apart from each other. The case includes two projections that project from an outer surface of the case. The conductor is held by the two projections such that the conductor is spaced apart from the first winding and the second winding.

The LC filter is arranged between the first power converter and the power supply. The LC filter is configured such that the resonance frequency band of the LC filter can be changed. The resonance frequency band of the LC filter is changed based on a ripple amount in a current flowing in the LC filter.
