摘要: A method for actuating a semiconductor power switch of an AC circuit is provided, which can be activated or deactivated by the semiconductor power switch. The method has the following steps: a) ascertaining the present current value and the present voltage value of the AC circuit; b) ascertaining whether the present current value exceeds a specifiable maximum value and if so, c1) generating an actuation signal for deactivating the current circuit, c2) generating an actuation signal for activating the current circuit within a period of time after generating the actuation signal for deactivating the current circuit, wherein the period of time is less than or equal to the period duration of the voltage, and c3) ascertaining whether the present current value exceeds a specifiable maximum value, which corresponds to the previous maximum value or is less than the previous maximum value, after activating the current circuit.

摘要: In an example embodiment, a method for a Universal Serial Bus Type-C (USB-C) controller is provided. The method comprises: coupling a control channel PHY of the USB-C controller to a first configuration channel (CC) terminal of the USB-C controller; coupling a VCONN supply terminal to a second CC terminal of the USB-C controller; detecting that a voltage across the second CC terminal of the USB-C controller and the VCONN supply terminal is greater than a predetermined threshold; and in response to detecting that the voltage is greater than the predetermined threshold, decoupling the VCONN supply terminal from the second CC terminal of the USB-C controller.

摘要: An object is to provide a DC distribution panel that, even when short-circuit current has occurred in one feeder, interrupts only the feeder where short-circuit current has occurred, and thus can continue operations of load apparatuses connected to normal feeders. This DC distribution panel includes: an input terminal including positive and negative input terminals; circuit breakers having short-circuit current interruption units connected to at least either of positive electric paths and negative electric paths respectively branched from the positive and negative input terminals; and output terminals including positive output terminals and negative output terminals of the plurality of circuit breakers. At least one of the plurality of circuit breakers includes a reverse current interruption unit for interrupting reverse current flowing through the positive electric path from the output terminal side to the input terminal side.

摘要: This inrush current suppression circuit, which suppresses inrush current during pre-charging of a capacitor connected in parallel to the DC-output side of a converter that converts AC power supply voltage to DC voltage, includes: a resistor that is provided between the DC-output side of the converter and the capacitor, or that is provided on the AC-input side of the converter; a switch that is selectively switched between an open state, in which an electric circuit is formed with the resistor interposed, and a closed state, in which a short circuit is formed without the resistor interposed; an AC power supply voltage detection unit that detects whether the AC power supply voltage is inputted to the converter; and a switch control unit that switches the switch from the open state to the closed state after a prescribed time has elapsed from when the AC power supply voltage detection unit detects inputting of the AC power supply voltage to the converter.
