摘要: This on-vehicle power conversion apparatus is provided with: a power conversion circuit to which DC power is inputted; and a noise reduction unit that is configured to reduce common- mode noise and normal-mode noise which are included in the DC power and that is provided to the input side of the power conversion circuit. The noise reduction unit is provided with: a core having a first core part and a second core part; a common-mode chalk coil having a first winding wire wound around the first core part and a second winding wire wound around the second coil part; and a smoothing capacitor that constitutes a low-pass filter circuit cooperatively with the common-mode chalk coil. The power conversion apparatus is further provided with a damping unit provided at a position intersecting the magnetic path of a magnetic flux leakage.

摘要: An in-vehicle inverter device includes a noise reduction circuit, which has a common mode choke coil configured to reduce common mode noise and normal mode noise contained in DC power, and an inverter circuit, which receives the DC power in which the noise has been reduced. The noise reduction circuit includes: an input-side capacitor and an input-side resistor provided on the input side of the choke coil; an output-side capacitor and an output-side resistor provided on the output side of the choke coil; a first filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the input-side capacitor, and the input-side resistor; and a second filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the output-side capacitor, and the output-side resistor. The first and the second filter circuits reduce leakage noise generated in the inverter circuit.

摘要: An in-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a common mode choke coil including an annular core having a through-hole, a first winding and a second winding wound around the core, and an annular conductor. The second winding is opposed to the first winding while being spaced apart from the first winding. The conductor surrounds the first and second windings, and the core. The conductor includes sections opposed to each other with the through-hole in between. The core is symmetrical with respect to at least one symmetry axis when the through-hole is viewed from the front. The first winding is located on one side of the at least one symmetry axis, and the second winding is located on the other side of the symmetry axis, so that the at least one symmetry axis is located between the first and second windings. The core includes an exposed section not covered with the conductor.

The carrier frequency set by the setting portion is higher when the modulation factor is less than a predetermined modulation factor than when the modulation factor is greater than or equal to the predetermined modulation factor.

Both ends of the electric wire are electrically connected to each other. The core includes an exposed section that is not covered with the coated conductive wire.

The core includes two end faces in a direction in which the core extends. The inverter device includes a damping portion. The damping portion is arranged at a position where the damping portion is opposed to at least one of the two end faces of the core and an eddy current is generated by magnetic force lines produced in the normal-mode coil.

摘要: A motor-driven compressor includes an inverter device. The inverter device includes a common mode choke coil. The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, two windings wound around the core, and an annular conductor that covers the two windings. The conductor is divided into a first metal plate and a second metal plate, which are combined to form an annular shape such that induced current flows in a circumferential direction of the conductor so as to hinder changes in leakage magnetic flux from the core. The second metal plate is thermally connected to the housing. The first metal plate is thermally connected to the second metal plate. At least one of an electrical resistance value or a thermal resistance value in a current path of the induced current is lower in the second metal plate than in the first metal plate.
