摘要: An emergency vehicle throttle management system includes a system controller having a main body, a processor, a memory, a multiplex connectivity component, a powertrain connectivity component, and a life safety connectivity component. The life safety connectivity component functioning to communicate directly with one of the life safety systems onboard the emergency vehicle. The powertrain connection component functioning to communicate with the powertrain components of the emergency vehicle which are mechanically coupled to the life safety system. The system controller including functionality for transmitting a powertrain resource request to the powertrain of the emergency vehicle in response to a throttle adjustment request received from the life safety system or a command from the throttle pedal of the vehicle. A throttle rule management unit evaluates error notifications received from the multiplex system, and selectively instructs the throttle source circuit to generate powertrain resource requests.

摘要: A throttle-controlled intake system is disclosed that provides a driver of a vehicle with greater control over engine functions and vehicle performance. The throttle-controlled intake system includes a control module that is coupled with an aircharger air intake. The control module processes input signals from a throttle pedal of the vehicle and sends modified throttle position signals to a throttle body of the vehicle so as to increase throttle responsiveness of the vehicle. The throttle-controlled intake system further includes a wiring harness and a signal adjuster. The wiring harness electrically couples the control module with the throttle pedal and the throttle body. The control module sends signals directly to the throttle body of the engine, bypassing an electronic control unit of the vehicle. The signal adjuster includes a rheostat that enables manual adjustment of the throttle responsiveness of the vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a carburetor assembly (7) comprising a control unit (17), an air channel (8), a throttle valve (9), a choke valve (10), a pulsed fuel valve (11), and a fuel supply line (12). The control unit (17) is adapted to control the fuel valve (11) to supply fuel in accordance with a certain start setting, where the choke valve (10) can be open or closed. The carburetor assembly (7) comprises a rotation angle detector assembly (20) with a choke detector part (29) that is mounted to a choke shaft (30) that is connected to the choke valve (10) such that the choke detector part (29) is arranged to rotate together with the choke valve (10). The rotation angle detector assembly (20) further comprises a choke sensor device (23, 33) that is connected to the control unit (17) and can be affected by the choke detector part (29) such that the choke sensor device (23, 33) provides different output signals to the control unit (17) in dependence of whether the choke valve (10) is open or closed.

摘要: A throttle valve device includes a body, a valve, a valve gear, a motor, an intermediate gear, an intermediate shaft and a cover. A guiding hole is formed in the cover and the intermediate shaft engages the guiding hole. A positioning reference pin is formed in one of the cover and the body at a position around the motor. A positioning reference hole is formed in the other of the cover and the body at a position around the motor. The body and the cover are positioned with respect to each other by both engaging between the intermediate shaft and the guiding hole and engaging between the positioning reference pin and the positioning reference hole. The body and the cover are fixed to each other by a fixing member.

摘要: One embodiment is a method of operating an electronic control system (ECS) to control an engine to propel a vehicle. The method comprises receiving a throttle command, determining an operation to increase engine cycle efficiency by reducing engine torque below a magnitude corresponding to the throttle command and below a torque curve limit over a first vehicle operation segment and permitting an increase in engine torque above the torque curve limit over a second vehicle operation segment, controlling the engine to output torque below the magnitude corresponding to the throttle command and below the torque curve limit over the first vehicle operation segment, and controlling the engine to output torque above the torque curve limit over the second vehicle operation segment in response to a second received throttle command and constrained by an extended limit on operation of the engine above the torque curve limit.

摘要: A vehicle system includes: an internal combustion engine including an electronically-controlled throttle valve configured to change throttle opening degrees in a step-wise manner among at least three selectable opening degrees, and being mounted on a vehicle; and a control device configured to control the vehicle. The control device includes a required throttle opening degree setting component and a first throttle opening degree selecting component. The first throttle opening degree selecting component is configured to: select, at the time of acceleration of the vehicle, a first throttle opening degree that is greater than the required throttle opening degree and is the closest to the required throttle opening degree; and select, at the time of deceleration of the vehicle, a second throttle opening degree that is smaller than the required throttle opening degree and is the closest to the required throttle opening degree.
