摘要: A power generator 1 includes a magnetostrictive rod 2 through which lines of magnetic force pass in an axial direction thereof, a beam member 73 having a function of generating stress in the magnetostrictive rod 2, and a coil 3 arranged so that the lines of magnetic force pass inside the coil 3 in an axial direction of the coil 3. The beam member 73 is arranged along the magnetostrictive rod 2 and configured to allow one end portion and the other end portion of the magnetostrictive rod 2 to approach to each other to generate compressive stress in the magnetostrictive rod 2. Further, in the power generator 1, it is preferable that a gap between the beam member 73 and the magnetostrictive rod 2 on the side of the one end portion of the magnetostrictive rod 2 is larger than a gap between the beam member 73 and the magnetostrictive rod 2 on the side of the other one end portion of the magnetostrictive rod 2 in a side view.

摘要: A magneto-electric energy harvester/generator includes a piezoelectric layer, a conductive layer disposed on a first side of the piezoelectric layer, and a layer of magnetic material disposed on a second side of the piezoelectric material. The device may be fabricated by screen printing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ink onto a flexible magnetic alloy substrate. Silver ink may then be screen printed onto the PVD material to form a conductive layer. The printed PVDF and silver layers may be cured by heating, and the device is then poled by applying an electric field.

摘要: In one embodiment, first IP addresses are allocated to a plurality of nodes, respectively, in a computer network, the first IP addresses being routable IP addresses and specifically designated for routing packets in the computer network. At the same time, the plurality of nodes is allowed to submit a second IP address allocation request indicating a requested second IP address. In response to a second IP address allocation request from a particular node of the plurality of nodes, the requested second IP address of the second IP address allocation request is allocated to the particular node. The particular node is then allocated one of the first IP addresses and the requested second IP address. Also, a routing topology for routing packets in the computer network is constructed using only the first IP addresses.
