摘要: A curing device includes a housing, a carrying plate, a moving assembly, and a light source. The housing defines an opening, The carrying plate is used for carrying a jig. The jig is used for receiving a product and an adhesive, and the jig includes a light transmitting area. The moving assembly is received in the housing and connected to the carrying plate for driving the carrying plate to move into and out of the housing from the opening. The light source is arranged in the housing for irradiating the light transmitting area of the jig to cure the adhesive in the jig. The disclosure also provides a curing apparatus.

摘要: The present invention relates to a tool, a tool system and a method for the production of particle foam parts, in particular for the manufacture of shoe soles. The shoe sole may be manufactured by welding foam particles using electromagnetic waves. The tool may comprise two mold halves forming a mold cavity corresponding to the shape of the shoe sole. The tool may be arranged between two capacitor plates. The mold cavity may be filled with the foam particles. The tool may then be closed and subjected to electromagnetic waves, in particular radio waves or microwaves, introduced into the mold cavity via the capacitor plates. The foam particles heated by the electromagnetic waves and at least partially fuse or bake together.

According to one or more embodiments, a method for forming or otherwise preparing a polishing article by sequentially forming a plurality of polymer layers is provided and includes: (a) dispensing a plurality of droplets of a polymer precursor composition onto a surface of a previously formed at least partially cured polymer layer, where the polymer precursor composition contains a first precursor component containing an epoxide group and a photoinitiator component which generates a photoacid when exposed to UV light, (b) at least partially curing the plurality of droplets to form an at least partially cured polymer layer, and (c) repeating (a) and (b).

In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a plurality of additively manufactured objects on a rotor, the plurality of additively manufactured objects having excess material thereon. The method can include removing the excess material from the plurality of additively manufactured objects by rotating the plurality of additively manufactured objects via the rotor. The method can further include applying energy to the plurality of additively manufactured objects to cure a portion of each additively manufactured object while the plurality of additively manufactured objects are on the rotor.

摘要: An incremental forming machine and a process are disclosed that comprise selecting a blank and selecting a stylus tool that has a tip at one end. The stylus tool may be heated to a desired temperature before contacting the blank with the stylus tool to change a characteristic of the blank or part. The stylus tool apparatus may include a tip on an end of a shaft and a resistance heating element disposed inside the tip. Alternatively, the stylus tool apparatus may include an induction heating coil disposed around the tip. The tip of the stylus tool may have a rotatable ball that engages the blank or part.
