摘要: An article for indoor or outdoor use having resistance to damage from wear and tear and exposure to weather comprising: a coated overlay comprising an untreated alpha-cellulose core layer which optionally is ink-jet printed with ornamental decors or full area print designs that is saturated with a melamine formaldehyde (MF) resin and a coating layer coated on a top surface of the core layer, said coating layer comprising a polyurethane(meth)acrylate resin; a panel substrate of wood, plywood, or non-wood; a midlayer between the overlay and the substrate, said midlayer is a veneer, paper foil, or medium density overlay (MDO); a backer sheet is a bottom layer attached to a bottom surface of the substrate, wherein the backer sheet and midlayer are optional. The nonprinted regions of the coated overlay on the panel are transparent to visible light.

摘要: A floor panel with a substrate and a decorative layer of wood veneer with a thickness of 1 millimeter or less and provided on the substrate. The decorative layer is provided on the substrate by means of a glue layer which is situated between the substrate and the decorative layer. The glue layer comprises hard particles with an average particle size which is at least one third of the thickness of the wood veneer. Methods for manufacturing such floor panels are provided.

摘要: A spectrally-selective clothing fabric is disclosed. The clothing fabric can comprise an outer layer, an intermediate layer, and an inner layer. The outer layer can be infrared-transmissive and can comprise a polyolefin fiber and particulate fillers dispersed within the polyolefin fiber. The intermediate layer can comprise an infrared-reflective porous metallic-film on an inner surface of an infrared-transmissive porous polyolefin-membrane, wherein the porous polyolefin membrane is coupled to an inner surface of the outer layer. The inner layer can comprise a fabric coupled to an inner surface of the porous metallic film. The particulate fillers can comprise inorganic particles having an average particle size in a range of 10 nm to 4,000 nm. The porous metallic film can have pores having an average pore size in a range of 10 nm to 4,000 nm.

摘要: An article having recyclability properties including a combination of: (a) a polyolefin polymer; and (b) a solvent-borne adhesive composition having a recyclability property, wherein the recyclability property of the solvent-borne adhesive composition is such that when the article with the solvent-borne adhesive composition is reprocessed, the article with the solvent-borne adhesive composition exhibits less than a 40% decreased change in performance compared to a control article without the solvent-borne adhesive composition that is reprocessed the same way as the article with the solvent-borne adhesive composition; a recyclable laminate structure including at least: (a) at least a first polymer film layer; and (b) a layer of the above solvent-borne laminating adhesive composition; and a process for manufacturing the above recyclable laminate structure.

摘要: The present invention relates to greenhouse screens comprising strips of film material that are interconnected by a yarn system of longitudinal threads and transverse threads by means of a knitting, warp-knitting or weaving process to form a continuous product. At least 50% of the strips comprise a single- or multi-layer polyester film having a transparency of at least 92%, wherein the polyester film has a first and a second surface, wherein a permanent antifog coating has been applied to at least one of the first or second surfaces of the polyester film. The antifog coating comprises at least one water-soluble polymer, an inorganic hydrophilic material and a crosslinker, wherein the water-soluble polymer is a polyvinyl alcohol or a hydrophilic amorphous copolymer. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to production processes of the coated polyester film and its use for the production of energy-saving screens having excellent antifogging effect in greenhouses.

The method may involve providing the substrate with the digital print by jetting one or more inks from a set of inks using a digital inkjet printer. The ink may include a binding agent and/or a primer or adhesion layer may be provided between the digital print and the transparent or translucent wear layer. The digital print may be performed directly on the substrate. The transparent or translucent wear layer may be laminated on top of the printed substrate.
