摘要: A scald-resistant synthetic leather includes a silicone layer and a high-temperature resistant substrate disposed in sequence from top to bottom. A preparing method includes coating and vulcanizating a silicone slurry on the high-temperature resistant substrate, after coating the silicone slurry, sending the high-temperature resistant substrate and the silicone slurry to a drying tunnel for vulcanization to allow attachment of the silicone layer and the high-temperature resistant substrate; after the vulcanization, peeling the silicone layer and the high-temperature resistant substrate apart to obtain the scald-resistant synthetic leather; the number of processes of coating and vulcanizating is more than one, and a thickness for a single coating is 0.02-3 mm; a total thickness for coating is 0.2-0.5 mm. The silicone slurry and the high-temperature resistant substrate used in the disclosure both are environmentally friendly and harmless materials. The high-temperature resistant substrate provides a fundamental framework, and the silicone slurry is the cover.

摘要: A waterproof decorative sheath system for walls of moist environments, including at least one layer of waterproofing material applicable on the wall surface of the moist environment, a first layer of specific adhesive material applied on the layer of waterproofing material, a layer of glass fiber tissue, applied on the first layer of specific adhesive material, having the final decorative aspect to be given to the walls, a second layer of specific adhesive material applied on the layer of glass fiber tissue, a substantially transparent first protective finishing layer, applied on the second layer of specific adhesive material, suitable for giving the layer of glass fiber tissue a partly translucent aspect, and a second substantially transparent scratch-resistant protective finishing layer, applied on the first protective finishing layer, to obtain a finished system that does not require the application of further additional decorative elements to obtain the desired final aspect.

摘要: A hybrid fibre mat comprises glass fibres, polymer fibres and binding agents, the glass fibres having a mean diameter of between 6 and 13 μm and a mean length of between 6 and 15 mm, the polymer fibres being staple fibres having a mean fineness of between 0.2 and 0.6 dtex and a mean length of between 2 and 4 mm and the percentage by weight of the polymer fibres being between 5 and 20% of the dry fibre mat. Such a hybrid fibre mat being suitable in particular as a covering for interior elements, a ceiling panel or other interior cladding elements and, provided with an impregnation (for example plastisol), in particular as a structural layer of a cushioned vinyl floor covering. For the production thereof, preferably water which contains the glass fibres and the polymer fibres is passed in a circuit through a band screen, the fibre mixture in the form of a fibre layer with a predetermined layer thickness is deposited on the band screen, excess circuit water is removed from the fibre layer, binding agent is added to the fibre layer and the fibre layer to which binding agent has been added is dried.

摘要: A coated glass mat comprises a glass mat substrate having non-woven glass fibers and a coating which essentially uniformly penetrates the glass mat substrate to desired fractional thickness of the coated glass mat. The coating imparts a tensile strength to the coated glass mat which on average is at least 1.33 times greater than the tensile strength of the glass mat substrate without the coating. In example embodiments, penetration of the coating into the glass mat substrate preferably extends to a depth of from twenty five percent of a thickness of the coated glass mat to seventy five percent of the thickness of the coated glass mat. Moreover, a non-coated thickness of the coated glass mat is sufficiently thick for bonding purposes with, e.g., a gypsum slurry or other core materials such as thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics. The coating has a porosity in a range of from 1.3 CFM to 5.0 CFM, e.g., the coating comprises a coating blend which provides the coated glass mat with a porosity sufficient to allow water vapor to escape from a gypsum slurry when heated. The coating is preferably a coating blend comprised of water, latex binder, inorganic pigment, and inorganic binder.
