Abstract: This invention defines management protocols for wireless power transfer to multiple devices in Multi-device Wireless Power Management System. Various functions of Multi-device Wireless Power Management System are justified from this invention. The WPT frames and messages which work between the management block of a charger and the management block or the coupler block of a device, or the coupler block of a charger are defined as well to execute various functions. Also the procedures for each functionality are described based on its frames and messages.

Abstract: A method for forming a wiring for a semiconductor device according to an aspect of the present invention includes: forming a predetermined pattern on a first surface of a silicon substrate by selectively etching the first surface; coating, with a metal layer, a selected area of the first surface, including an area whereat the predetermined pattern is formed; forming organic material in the first surface to fill an etched portion and cover the coated metal layer; forming a plurality of via holes in the organic material and connecting the metal wiring to the coated metal layer through the via holes; and grinding a second surface corresponding to the first surface to remove a part of the metal layer formed in the etched portion.

Abstract: Provided herein is an In-Memory DB connection support type scheduling method and system for real-time big data analysis in distributed computing environment. The data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure analyzes data based on a distributed computing environment using a distributed system and dynamically alters a structure of a distributed DB constituting the distributed system based on the distributed computing environment. Abstract: An RF amplifier to increase a gain using a transformer is provided. The amplifier includes: a first transistor configured to generate a current by amplifying and converting an input voltage; a second transistor configured to amplify the generated current; and a first transformer configured to feed an emitter current of the second transistor back to a gate. Accordingly, Gm of the transistor is boosted using the transformer, such that a high gain can be obtained with a low current. Therefore, a problem of a gain reduction caused by a parasitic capacitor at a high frequency can be solved.

Abstract: A high-efficiency high-integrated receiver is provided. The radar receiver according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a receiver configured to receive a radar signal, a processor configured to attenuate a magnitude of a low frequency band of the received signal of the receiver, a filter configured to perform a low pass filtering on an output signal of the processor, and an ADC configured to A/D convert the output signal of the filter. Accordingly, it is possible to demodulate all the signals being reflected from targets in various distances when even using a low resolution ADC, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and power consumption.
