Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a device such as a user equipment (UE), a base station, or both, to perform a channel noise and interference estimation based on a set of null resources in a data channel. The device may identify a first configuration for a set of demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) in a first set of time periods of a data channel and a second configuration for a set of null resources in a second set of time periods of the data channel. The second set of time periods may be nonoverlapping with the first set of time periods. The device may perform a channel estimation procedure on the data channel based on the null resources and the DMRS resources. The device may process data received via resources of the data channel based on the channel estimation procedure.

Abstract: During a positioning session in which multiple location reports are provided, a user equipment (UE) that has little or no movement may provide an indication to an entity in the wireless network that there is no update for one or more location measurements. The UE may provide the indication to a serving base station in a Physical layer waveform. The base station may bypass the location server and provide an indication to an external client that the UE position has not changed. The UE may provide the indication to a location server in a location information report or by not sending a location information report by an expiration time. The indication of no update may be provided by a bit that indicates no location measurements are updated or that a particular location measurement is not updated.

An example method that may be performed by a UE includes: receiving scheduling information from a network entity, wherein: the scheduling information schedules, in a first full duplex (FD) slot of a plurality of slots, transmission of a first uplink (UL) data channel repetition of a plurality of UL data channel repetitions and uplink control information (UCI), and the FD slot comprises an UL subband for UL transmissions and a downlink (DL) subband for DL transmissions, multiplexing the first UL data channel repetition with the UCI to form a multiplexed transmission, and transmitting the multiplexed transmission in the FD slot.

The UE may receive a first DL SPS transmission of the one or more DL SPS transmissions in a first PDSCH occasion of the one or more PDSCH occasions. The UE may transmit a first CSI report associated with the first DL SPS transmission based on receiving the triggering information.
