Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a communication of a random access channel (RACH) procedure using a RACH occasion, of a plurality of RACH occasions, or a RACH preamble, of a plurality of RACH preambles, to indicate a value for a performance indicator associated with the UE, or using a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) occasion and indicating the value for the performance indicator in the communication. Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for cell DRX impact reference signals for positioning and sensing are described. The apparatus is configured to provide, for a TRP(s) associated with the cell(s), and at the set of UL reference signal transmission occasions, an UL reference signal(s) during a portion of the active DRX mode based on the UL reference signal configuration. Another apparatus is configured to configure, for a UE, an UL reference signal configuration that associates UL reference signal transmission occasions with active/inactive DRX modes of a cell(s) associated with the UE. The apparatus is configured to provide, for the UE, the UL reference signal configuration.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for delay states having variable configurations. The apparatus transmits, to a network entity, a delay status report indicating an uplink delay detected by the UE, wherein the uplink delay is greater than a first threshold. The apparatus switches, subsequent to transmitting the delay status report, from a first state configuration to a second state configuration that is different than the first state configuration for transmission of uplink data before a delay budget is exceeded. The second state configuration is a delay critical state and comprises a set of configurations for the transmission of the uplink data. A method includes receiving a first CSI reference resource indicating a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) transmission power level, receiving one or more CSI measurement resources during an implicit indication interval beginning with the CSI reference resource and ending with an uplink resource configured for sending a channel state metric, and determining the channel state metric based on the CSI-RS transmission power level and at least one of the one or more CSI measurement resources.
