Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network device, a downlink control message that schedules a first and second repetition of a transport block for a downlink shared channel in a first component carrier of multiple component carriers, the first and second repetitions scheduled in a first and second transmission occasion associated with the downlink shared channel. The UE may monitor for the repetitions in the respective transmission occasions, and the UE may decode the transport block based on a number of transmission occasions associated with the downlink shared channel in the component carrier and a data rate limit across the multiple component carriers including the first component carrier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of search space set parameters for a first cell associated with an uplink carrier and a second cell associated with a downlink carrier, the first cell comprising an uplink-only cell and the second cell comprising a downlink-only cell. The UE may receive a grant scheduling an uplink transmission via the first cell using the uplink carrier, a downlink transmission via the second cell using the downlink carrier, or both, the grant received according to the search space set parameters and via the downlink carrier of the second cell or a second downlink carrier associated with a third cell. The UE may perform the uplink transmission, receive the downlink transmission, or both, according to the grant.

The apparatus is configured to receive two-part HARQ-ACK feedback for a downlink transmission(s) based on the first and second compression data sets or the third compression data set.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to UE cooperation are provided. A base station (BS) may assist a UE in cooperating with other UEs. A UE may transmit a cooperative UE update request to aBS, indicating a number of candidate cooperative UE sets. The UE may also transmit information to the BS about the candidate cooperative UE sets such as UE capability information, location information, and channel measurements. Additional measurements maybe requested by the BS. The BS may use the information from the UEs together with BS-side information such as configuration information and TRP information in order to determine which of the candidate cooperative UE sets is preferred. The BS may then configure and communicate with selected cooperative UE set.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a value for a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) power boost for a PTRS port, wherein the PTRS port is associated with a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set, wherein the value for the PTRS power boost is relative to each layer of physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) per resource element (RE). The UE may transmit a PTRS associated with the PTRS port, and wherein a transmission power of the PTRS is based at least in part on the value for the PTRS power boost. A UE may communicate with a set of transceiver nodes (e.g., transmission reception points (TRPs)) in a first transceiver node operation mode (e.g., a multi-TRP mode). A first transceiver node of the set of transceiver nodes may receive, from a second of the set of transceiver nodes, an indication to switch between rate matching states. The first transceiver node may switch from a first rate matching state to a second rate matching state and may transmit a downlink shared channel based on a resource configuration associated with the second rate matching state. The UE may receive the shared channel based on an antenna port configuration determined by the UE based on the first transceiver node operation and rate matching information. The rate matching information may be provided by the first transceiver node.

In some examples, the UE may transmit, to a network entity, a report indicating buffer usage information of the buffer of the UE, where the buffer usage information indicates one or more parameters associated with the decoding information stored in the buffer of the UE. In some cases, the buffer usage information may indicate one or more transport blocks for which entries are present in the buffer of the UE.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may be configured to support uplink power control for multiple random access channel (RACH) procedures. A medium access control layer entity at the UE may maintain multiple sets of counters and parameters for multiple simultaneous RACH procedures. In some cases, the UE may perform simultaneous RACH procedures with network entities associated with different timing advance groups, and the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with the timing advance group. In other cases, the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with multiple control resource set pool indexes which may correspond to multiple transmission reception points. Each set of counters may be associated with an uplink power control that the UE may use to determine the PRACH transmission power for each RACH procedure.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network device, a number of transmissions. The method also includes generating an original hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based on whether each of the number of transmission is successfully decoded. The method further includes converting a block of k HARQ-ACK bits from the original HARQ-ACK codebook into a partition. A number of partitions for a number of blocks corresponds to quantized HARQ-ACK bits. The method still further includes transmitting the quantized HARQ-ACK bits to the network device.
