    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may communicate on first and second carriers, and may support either two transmit chains or three transmit chains on a second carrier. A base station may configure different sounding reference signal (SRS) resources for different numbers of transmit chains. SRS resources configured with two ports may indicate two transmit chains, and SRS resource configured with three ports may indicate three transmit chains. The base station may indicate an index associated with an SRS resource, and the UE may select (e.g., based on a mapping between the SRS Configuration Information resource index and a number of SRS ports and a number of transmit chains), a corresponding SRS resource, number of ports, number of transmit chains, or any combination thereof. The base station may indicate a number of transmit chains for a given SRS resource based on a PMI index.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network node, a message indicating slots for transmitting a transport block on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method also includes segmenting the transport block into code blocks. The method further includes encoding the code blocks to produce encoded code blocks. Each code block may be encoded at a coding path from a group of coding paths associated with a coding chain. The method still further includes transmitting the encoded code blocks in the slots on the PUSCH.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration signal configuring a collection of reference signal transmissions. The UE may identify a resource overlap between the collection of reference signal transmissions and another resource that is unavailable for reference signal transmissions. The UE may identify one or more transmission properties for the collection of reference signal transmissions. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the one or more transmission properties and the resource overlap, whether to omit one or more of the reference signal transmissions of the collection of reference signal transmissions in the corresponding resource overlap or to delay transmission of the collection of reference signal transmissions. The UE may transmit at least a portion of the collection of reference signal transmissions based at least in part on the determining.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, configuration information regarding one or more available slots associated with transmitting sounding reference signal (SRS) information. The UE may receive, from the base station, dynamic downlink communication including slot information for determining a select available slot from among the one or more available slots.     Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for channel sounding for wireless communications. Some implementations more specifically relate to scheduling sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets for wireless devices having more than 4 receive (RX) antenna ports. In some implementations, a base station may determine an antenna switching capability of a user equipment (UE). The antenna switching capability indicates a number of RX antenna ports of the UE. The base station schedules a number of SRS resource sets for the UE based at least in part on the number of RX antenna ports in excess of four. For example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 8. As another example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 6. The base station further receives, from the UE, uplink transmissions of one or more SRS resources for each of the scheduled SRS resource sets.
