    摘要: The present invention relates to a logic circuit consisting of an improved basic logic circuit which permits a wired logic operation and is suitable for constructing a large-scale integrated circuit (LSI). In most of the conventional basic logic circuits, because the output current is bi-directional, it is impossible to carry out the wire logic operation. In the improved basic logic circuit, since the output current is uni-directional, the only requirement is that the outputs of the plural basic logic circuits be connected with each other for carrying out the output wired-OR logic and the output wired-AND logic operations, so that the logic circuit is composed of a number of basic logic circuits, which number is smaller than the number of the conventional logic circuits. Accordingly, the following advantages can be obtained by utilizing the present invention: an improvement in the IC level of the semi-conductor IC device, a reduction in the cost of manufacturing the device and an increase in the operating speed of the device.

    摘要: A current mode operational amplifier is shown which is powered by a single voltage supply and operates in response to input signals represented by current values. The input system for the operational amplifier employs an inverting input circuit responsive to a first input signal and a non-inverting input circuit responsive to a second input signal. A current mirror circuit is employed for subtracting one input signal from the second input signal and the difference signal is applied to the operational amplifier.

    摘要: An operational amplifier capable of operating over a relatively wide variation of power supply voltages and temperature employs a high-beta lateral PNP buffer stage single input or dual input versions. Reference biasing voltage for operating the amplifier circuit is obtained from a current source supplying current through a string of series connected diodes, and a differential amplifier start circuit is provided in order to assure that current commences flowing through the diode string since the current source driving the string is biased from the same diode string.
