摘要: An electrical connection system includes a mounting stud having a base configured for mounting to a conductive surface. One or more one ring-shaped lugs, formed of an electrically conductive material, are configured for being positioned on the mounting stud for surrounding the mounting stud. The ring-shaped lug includes one or a plurality of interior channels extending around the inside diameter thereof. A contact spring is seated within a respective interior channel and is electrically conductive and dimensioned to extend radially inwardly from the channel and contact the mounting stud when the ring-shaped lug is positioned thereon. The contact spring is configured to at least partially collapse in the radial direction and to provide a spring bias against the mounting stud for providing an electrical connection between the ring-shaped lug and mounting stud. A locking cap is positioned on the mounting stud over the at least one ring-shaped lug for locking with the mounting stud and securing the ring-shaped lugs on the mounting stud for a secure electrical connection.

摘要: A wire connection terminal and a welding joint. The novel wire connection terminal includes a terminal substrate (1) provided with a fixing portion for connecting with an electric device and a connecting portion for connecting with a wire (2). The fixing portion is provided with an assembly structure for being assembled with the electric device. The connecting portion is provided with a boss (13) formed by punching the connecting portion for connecting with the wire (2). The wire connection terminal is used for directly welding processing by matching a welding fixture, so as to improve the processing accuracy of the terminal, and avoid brittleness and breakage caused by stress concentration of the terminal.

摘要: The outer layer is peeled exactly a predetermined length from the end portion of the electromagnetic shielding tube. That is, the metal layer is exposed exactly a predetermined range at the end portion of the electromagnetic shielding tube. A flexible conductor is connected to the exposed metal layer. A separated portion is provided in the inner layer. The separated portion is formed along the length direction of the electromagnetic shielding tube. Additionally, a depth of the separated portion is the same value as the thickness of the inner layer. As such, the inner surface of the metal layer is exposed at the separated portion. It is preferable that the separated portion be formed at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction. The inner layer is divided into a plurality of sections in the circumferential direction by the separated portion. The separated portion is a terminal processed portion, which mitigates the effects caused by differences in the physical properties of the inner layer and the metal layer.
