    摘要: A method for manufacturing a power distribution member includes preparing a solid wire with a circular cross-sectional shape, pressing to a portion of the solid wire in a pressing direction orthogonal to the solid wire to cause plastic deformation, thereby forming a pair of small curvature surfaces on an outer circumference of the solid wire on both sides in the pressing direction, the small curvature surfaces having a smaller curvature than an outer circumferential surface of the solid wire before the pressing and facing the pressing direction, preparing a terminal metal piece including a pair of facing walls facing each other and a coupling wall coupling between ends of the pair of facing walls, inserting the solid wire after the pressing between the pair of facing walls of the terminal metal piece in such a manner that one of the pair of small curvature surfaces faces one of the pair of facing walls and the other of the pair of small curvature surfaces faces the other of the pair of facing walls, and, after the inserting, crimping the pair of facing walls onto the solid wire.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electric wire connection structure including one or more copper-based conductor covered electric wires having a copper-based conductor covered part and exposed part; and one or more aluminum-based conductor covered electric wires having an aluminum-based conductor covered part and exposed part. An ultrasonic joint part is provided at a conductor stacked part in which the copper-based conductor exposed part and the aluminum-based conductor exposed part are superposed.     摘要: An electrical connector carries large amounts of electrical current between two circuit boards with low resistance and low self-inductance by means of an interdigitated anode and cathode, thereby providing low dynamic voltage loss. The connector also may include, near where power will be consumed, an interposer board with on-board capacitance to provide even lower dynamic voltage loss. The connector has application to delivering low-voltage, high-current power from a power supply on a first board to electronics on a second board: the low resistance provides low voltage drop for a load current that is constant, while the low inductance and the capacitors provide low voltage fluctuation for a load current that changes. These issues are of great importance, for example, in designing high-performance computers.
