摘要: A solar power generation system includes a string, an inverter, and a plurality of shut-off devices. The string includes a plurality of solar cell module groups. The plurality of shut-off devices is configured to cut off a connection between the plurality of solar cell module groups in response to a control signal from the inverter. The plurality of solar cell module groups includes a first group, a second group connected to the first group, and a third group connected to the second group. The plurality of shut-off devices includes a first shut-off device. The first shut-off device includes a first switching unit connected to an anode-side terminal of the second group. The first switching unit includes a first open-close unit and a first semiconductor switching device connected in parallel with the first open-close unit. The first semiconductor switching device is turned ON before the first open-close unit is operated.

摘要: A method for component voltage limitation, and an apparatus and a system for applying the same. At least one photovoltaic cell in a photovoltaic-cell string is controlled to operate in a voltage-limited mode, in response to receiving an instruction for enabling voltage limitation. Thereby, the voltage of the photovoltaic-cell string is reduced. A quantity of photovoltaic modules connected in series can be increased, while a highest voltage of the system is guaranteed not to exceed a corresponding requirement. A system cost is reduced. The photovoltaic cell operating in the voltage-limited mode is controlled to resume a normal output, in response to receiving the instruction for suspending voltage limitation. The output voltage of the photovoltaic-cell string is increased. Thereby, a rate of utilization on a direct voltage, and a PVIR of DC/AC are improved for the photovoltaic system.

摘要: Embodiments of this application disclose a design of an inverter and a design of a combiner box, to reduce maintenance costs of a photovoltaic device. According to the inverter or the combiner box provided in the embodiments of this application, when electroluminescence (EL) defect detection is performed on the photovoltaic device, a reverse charging circuit integrated into the inverter or integrated into the combiner box is used to output a direct current to a to-be-tested photovoltaic string of the photovoltaic device. Whether the to-be-tested photovoltaic string has defects is determined based on a light emission status of the to-be-tested photovoltaic string. By using the foregoing designs, maintenance engineers do not need to modify wiring terminals of the photovoltaic device when performing EL defect tests on the photovoltaic device. This helps reduce maintenance costs of the photovoltaic device.
