摘要: The present disclosure describes a method for discharging a hydrogen storage system, which is found in the annular space of a receiver tube, in particular for solar collectors, wherein the annular space is formed between an outer-lying tubular jacket and an inner-lying absorber tube of the receiver tube, and the outer-lying tubular jacket is connected via a wall to the absorber tube in a gas-tight manner. The method is hereby characterized in that an opening penetrating the tubular jacket or the wall is produced, free hydrogen in the annular space is pumped out through the opening, and the opening is subsequently sealed. The disclosure further describes a device for implementing the method.

摘要: A mounting assembly for securing fixtures to a mounting structure may include a first fastener, a washer, a mounting bracket, and second fastener. The first fastener may be coupled to the mounting structure through a mounting aperture. The washer may be disposed around shaft of the first fastener between a head of the first fastener and the mounting surface. The mounting bracket may be disposed on top of the first fastener. The second fastener may be disposed through the mounting bracket and coupled to head of the first fastener. The washer may be a sealing washer that dispenses liquid sealant under compressive force to moisture-proof the securement of the first fastener to the mounting surface.

摘要: An end seal arrangement for a Parabolic Trough solar Collector, PTC, comprises an elongated parabolic reflector trough and a receiver pipe arranged at a focus-line of the reflector trough. The end seal arrangement comprises a housing configured to be fixated to one short-end of the reflector trough, and an inlay configured to be inserted in the housing to slidably abut a circumference of the receiver pipe, such that the reflector trough is sealed to the receiver pipe by the inlay when the housing is fixated to the short-end of the reflector trough and the reflector trough pivots about its focus-line. The end seal arrangement further comprises a fixation means configured to fixate the housing to the reflector trough. By reducing heat leakage and prevent ice, snow, sand, etc. from deteriorating the reflector, improved operational performance will be achieved.

摘要: An eco-smart panel is described comprising a a solar thermal panel, a phase change material, a metal foil layer, and a structural frame constructed of materials including wood studs, gypsum, or fiberglass-reinforced concrete. The materials may be variously configured to create modular systems for fabricating buildings or structures. Eco-smart panels may be utilized to create buildings or structure with enhanced energy efficiency, increased fire resistance, increased flood resistance, and decreased construction cost and time.

摘要: A solar thermal absorber element (100) includes a cover glass (110) and a highly selective vacuum coated roll-bond absorber (120) including heat transport tubes (126). The element further including a thermoplastic sealing (130) configured to attach the cover glass and the roll-bond absorber to each other so that there is a distance (h) between the cover glass and the roll-bond absorber, and a sealed space (134), which is formed by the cover glass, the roll-bond absorber, and the thermoplastic sealing and which is filled up with a low thermal conductive gas (136).
